Police case may be filed 420( cheating case) against me

Friends, there may be a police complaint filed against me with Indian penal code 420 which is a cheating case.
I had used loan facility but was not able to payback.
God has blessed me amazingly , manifold blessings , but from a year suffering badly now seeing the darkest days in life. Not sure what to say but let God's will come true in my life and let God bless me and lead me out of all these kinds of non sense things happening in life. I am in pain & agony but anyways you can pray God bless me and guide me in life.
