Oh okay. (I think you said a Choctaw Scripture quote recently.)Lumbee.
So are there many tattoo parlors/working tattoo artists in the Lumbee areas?

I work with a man my age who was once a tattoo artist(covered in them) he did it to support his crack addiction. He is now a pastor of a local church. Isn’t it amazing how he loves to use the scarred ones? I was speaking with him today and asked him why he no longe practices ink. He explained God says it’s wrong. I showed him what you shared with me in 1 John. Praise God!
PS: Presumably he could in theory change some of his existing tattoos to express Christian themes?I work with a man my age who was once a tattoo artist(covered in them)

It's what a lot of ppl do to counter tattoo regret, anyway.
So has your coworker met your daughter that is into ink?Agreed
We establish a better law. I’ve never spoken to her, she seem to have no problem with his tattoos it’s his testimonyInteresting!
Thanks for telling me!
I'm getting forgetful; I don't quite remember what verse you said I mentioned to you.
(I wonder what your coworker's wife - if he's married - thinks of all the ink...?)
No I’ve only been there about a year, I’m sure she would she’s never met a strangerSo has your coworker met your daughter that is into ink?
She would probably be interested to meet him, in any case.
Oh yes, that was Hebrews 7; I think I mentioned verses 12 and 19.We establish a better law. I’ve never spoken to her, she seem to have no problem with his tattoos it’s his testimony
Oh yes she’s already took the crayons to him.Oh yes, that was Hebrews 7; I think I mentioned verses 12 and 19.
Sometimes for a wife the husband's many tattoos are all part of the marital 'deal', so to speak.
And these days more and more, sometimes the wife's tattoos may be all part of the marital 'deal', so to speak, for the husband, whether or not he has any. (Maybe if you eventually have a son-in-law, it will be true in his case, right?)
Oh okay! so she's introducing him to tattoos maybe? (or perhaps he's tattooed already but she wants him to get more...)Oh yes she’s already took the crayons to him.
Did you figure a preferred placement for tribal ink if you got some done?Being as I am part Native American if I was to get one it would definitely be tribal.
I doubt it would ever happen. My wife would think I’d lost my mindDid you figure a preferred placement for tribal ink if you got some done?
Sounds like she doesn't quite appreciate ink as much as you do, then...I doubt it would ever happen. My wife would think I’d lost my mind
It seems that some artists really do specialize in 'tribal' styles. It seems also that -i n North America, at least - it's women who are connected with the expansion of tattoo parlors in recent years; apparently 55%-70% or more of parlor clients in North America are female....yes the eagle would definitely suit any gender. My youngest daughter that likes the tattoos likes the Native American ones.
I haven’t had time to read the entire post, what about you any ink?
Don't be surprised now if he follows her to the tattoo parlorOh yes she’s already took the crayons to him.
Now they do it confidently because they think - maybe you also think - it's cute; often done at 18: it's probably becoming a 'passage to adulthood' for both genders. And as to girls getting "inked", as you put it, I think it's already mainstream.
I live in small town and many young girls have cute tattoos in visible places. I remember when they used to try to "hide" them because it was just starting to switch from male to female.
Visible faith based tattoos are literally "in your face"...but silent, right?... this would no doubt open lots of doors without all the fiddling around.
The right messages would break the ice and invite dialog.Visible faith based tattoos are literally "in your face"...but silent, right?
You can see why young Christians today really like them as a silent, effective witness tool.
