Never see yourself as separate from me He told me. You and your wife are not separate because of trouble. He's right there with you.

Be of good cheer. A few scriptures to consider.

34 And He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction."

Luke 4:40 KJVS
Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.

Luke 6:19 KJVS
And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.

Luke 9:42 (NKJV) And as he was still coming, the demon threw him down and convulsed him. Then Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, healed the child, and gave him back to his father.

So John...did you finally hear from the doctors office?
Any updates? ❤️
Is no news good news?

On Tuesday we waited patiently for a call until about 1:30PM and then called the office. One person referred us to another who had a recording telling us to leave a message. We left a message, [the test results still not received], on their answering machine which assured us someone would get back to us within 24 hours. It is now the next day at 12:17PM and no one has called. My wife was very anxious and impatient when this wait began but now as I lose patience she is telling me to sit back and wait. They will get to us when they get to us. Guess where the patience is now? I really do understand why she is my helpmeet.

Still praying for a response, but also for patience.

Lo and behold seemingly someone was prodded into action finally as just minutes ago my wife completed a conversation on the phone with the doctor's nurse. No tumor and no mucus plug. But there is the possibility of another blood clot. Since this is out of his area she is being referred back to another specialist who she sees regularly anyway because to two prior clots. This could also be bad, but presently she has no serious symptoms showing.

There were two other problems also that need to be pursued, but at the moment they are not life threatening.

Give God the glory!

Oh good...I presume Kathy is on blood thinners?
Waiting for specialist to give us appointments is a slow process.
I tell myself that our countries are better than some.

But honestly I still think that having to wait all that time to get an answer is very bad . We geriatrics are at the bottom of the ladder for sure.

She's not on blood thinners [I am], but we suspect that is the direction the specialist will go. She already has an appointment with a hematologist in November, but when he gets this new referral with the pulmonologist's input, they may want to make it sooner. We'll have to wait and see on that one. For the moment the pressure is off.

I remember only too well the last clot, which it was a complete surprise in April of 2016. I almost lost her then, but God wasn't finished with her yet. Both the hematologist and the cardiologist have been monitoring her regularly since then. If this one were bad the pulmonologist would know it and we would hear sooner rather than later from the other specialists... or at least I think we would. Help us Lord!
