It just so happens that His Supporters, seem to want America to end., and He's doing all he can to take up Obama's mantle, and make it happen.
America has one more year before they can get the snake out of the White House, and hopefully find a way to put someone in there who wants to put "America First".
So, if the Rapture has not occurred by next Nov 2024, then we'll see what happens.

Don't forget who makes the laws.
It is not the Executive branch but the Legislative branch.
Congress makes the laws, the executive branch upholds the laws, and the Judiciary branch makes sure the laws are constitutional.
That's how it's supposed to work.
