The ones who died in the wilderness are the ones who believed the account of the TEN (works to get into the promised land) and the ones who made it in were the TWO (grace) that knew the battle to take it was the Lords.

That whole story is the gospel in a foreshadow of how works will prevent you from entering into His rest.

Another interesting thing about that story is the Bible says that Joshua and Caleb had a DIFFERENT SPIRIT than the people that believed the account of the 10.
LETS LOOK again REAL real closley at what you said ab out this TEN and the peoples who BELEIVED THEM .
But before we do , WHAT HAD GOD TOLD THEM ALL .
TWO things . I send you into a land FLOWING with milk and honey , a good land .
And two . I WILL be with YOU and your enemy Will not be able to defeat you , FOR I WILL be WITH YOU .
NOW
lets all ask ourselves a question . WHY were they not allowed to ENTER INTO the HOLY Land .
WELL i can assure us all its for the same reason death came upon mankind .
THEY CHOSE to NOT BLEIEVE GOD , WHAT HE had said .
Now abraham , THIS HE DID NOT DO . WHEN GOD spoke abraham BELIEVED and Abraham OBEYED .
NOW that BE FAITH .
Notice that they were not a one of them booted out for saying , HEY WE DONT BELEIVE IN GOD
but rather because THEY DID NOT BELIEVE HIS WORDS . NOW whose words ARE WE GONNA Believe
the words of men THAT TWIST and OMIT HIS
or HIS words . OH YEAH its bible time all right .

THE TEN were fearful and their fear led them TO NOT BLEIEVE GOD .
The fearful .
IT caused them to Lie to the peoples
and the peoples BELEIVED THEIR LIE of the land being an evil land , AND NOT THE WORDS of GOD any longer
which had said I SEND you into a real good land .
YOU SEE . ITS ALL ABOUT WHO WE REALLY DO BLEIEVE and HAD WE BELIEVED GOD , WELL we had BELEIVED HIS WORDS .
Had one truly BLEIEVED ON JESUS CHRIST , WELL they had believed HIS WORDS .
MANY twist such words of HIS and of the apostels and they do IT unto THEIR OWN destruction .
THE TIME now is and has come that every man and every woman and child GET NOSES into BIBLES again .
THIS leaders DO NAUGHT but fleece you all . And now help lead all to the LIE of all lies .
TIME to TRUST IN JESUS , TIME TO TRUST AND BELIEVE IN ALL THINGS HE DID SAY
Or prepare to wail on HIS day . FAITH . BUT faith without belief DO NOT EXIST
And To cliam to BELIEVE ON HIM will matter NOT to those who BELEIVED NOT HIS WORDS . THEY faith was DEAD
and only in men . This sounds grave and rough . I KNOW that . BUT its a wake up call to us all
and a reminder to us all . TO BEWARE men . TO test all against TRUTH , to LET GOD be true but every man a liar .
FOR any who speaks a word contrary to GOD , TO HIS CHRIST , WELL , GOD does not LIE , CHRIST does not lie
and its NOT HE who be the liar , ITS THE MEN DOING IT that be the liar .

Here is AI on entering the promised land:

"The journey of the Children of Israel into the Promised Land is a major theological metaphor in Wesleyan-Arminian theology for entire sanctification (also called Christian perfection or the second work of grace). [1, 2]
Here is how the historical journey maps to the spiritual experience of a believer.

The Theological Analogy
    • Egypt (Slavery): Represents a person's life before salvation, enslaved to the guilt and power of sin. [1]
    • The Red Sea (Justification/Exodus): Represents the initial conversion or born-again experience, where a believer is delivered from the guilt of sin and enters the family of God. [1, 2]
    • The Wilderness (The Carnal State): Represents a period of wandering, spiritual instability, and internal conflict, characterized by a mix of faith and rebellion (the "old man" vs. the "new man").
    • The Jordan River (Entire Sanctification): Represents a second, distinct work of grace where the believer completely surrenders to God, dying to self. [1]
    • The Promised Land (Canaan): Represents the life of entire sanctification—not a place of final heaven without conflict, but a state of rest, spiritual maturity, and victory over indwelling sin. [1, 2]

Key Parallels Between Canaan and Entire Sanctification
    • A Second Crisis: Crossing the Red Sea was the first crisis; crossing the Jordan River was a second, separate crisis required to enter the land. Entire sanctification is viewed similarly as a second definite work of grace after justification. [1, 2]
    • A Gift Received by Faith: The Israelites did not earn Canaan; they had to walk into the parted waters of the Jordan by faith. Entire sanctification is received instantly by faith, not achieved gradually by human effort. [1, 2, 3]
    • Deliverance from Internal Enemies: In the wilderness, Israel's biggest problem was their own murmuring and unbelief. Entering the Promised Land represents the cleansing of the inherited sin nature (carnality). [1]
    • Not the End of Warfare: Canaan was full of battles (Jericho, Ai, etc.). Entire sanctification does not mean freedom from temptation, mistakes, or spiritual warfare; it means having a heart fully unified and empowered by the Holy Spirit to fight those battles victoriously. [1, 2, 3, 4]"

If we are Spiritualizing the Promised Land how do we understand the God ordered genocide on the people of Canaan? Here are my thoughts on this very hard issue.

1. The Lord wanted a people for Himself. Spiritual : Next step in His restoration plan.
2. His choice, the Hebrews living as slaves in Egypt. Spiritual : slaves of sin.
3. The ordered genocide. Spiritual : this is how to deal with sin, exterminate.

Not sure, just a thought.

Another interesting parallel in that story is that every single one of the SECOND generation entered the promised land.

The foreshadowing being that every believer born again by the incorruptible word of God enters into His rest.

I suppose one could grab an allegory of sorts from that .
Now let me explain again the WHY those of this second generation were allowed access .
At the time of the rejection of the first generation , They was young , babes
and not old enough to discern fully between good and evil . It actually explains that .
However i can see allegories in this as well .

In New Testament terms it would be walking in the flesh (my power) and walking in the Spirit (God’s power).

Anybody trying to please God through the works of the flesh is by definition walking in the flesh.

for the answer let us go back to the days of abraham
and see WHY .
But in the FOURTH generation i will send them to THE promised land , FOR THE INQIUTY of the amorites is NOT YET FULL .
GOD will surely destroy a peoples WHEN the inquity hits the full .
AND it was not because of their righteousness that GOD led them INTO the promised land
FOR many of them too were a stiff necked peoples . IT was for His own Glory
And the inquity of the land HAD NOW HIT THE FULL .
You ever wonder why GOD set in the law UNTO HIS PEOPLE .
TO ensure their own safety ,. GOD would be amongst them
BUT CANNOT BE in the presence of EVIL for HE WILL CONSUME IT .
Thus blood sacrfices and etc came about and what to do for sin , whether known sin or even ignorance .
MOSES could not even LOOK upon HIS face but could b arely catch a glimpse of HIS outtermost end parts .
AND YET THIS ECUMEInCAL WHORE LOVING generation TRIES to make GOD , CHRIST
an acceptor OF SINS and of UNBLEIF . THEY should hang their heads in shame and howl .
GOD , CHRIST came to set us FREE FROM SIN and DEATH , NOT TO FEEL FREE TO SIN .

THE TWO had THE RIGHT SPIRIT Indeed . for while it is only half t rue what the ten said , We cant do it ,
IT DARN SURE DIDNT MEAN GOD COULD NOT . For without ME ye can DO NOTHING .
For in CHRIST JESUS I can do all things , wrote paul .
OH YEAH . The problem is many been trusting in men and in the flesh
As for the sheep WE SHALL TRUST IN GOD and IN HIS CHRIST , and HIS SPIRIT shall guide us
and HIS words shall be our meat .
TO the trenches for the hour is late and the delusion has grown very great .
PERSECUTION WILL SURELY COME against the sheep EVEN IN THE WESTERN SOCITIES ,
COUNT the COST . Many will b leed in the coming days , but CHRIST will be with us
through it all , even in prison and even at our death . Fear not man or what he can do .
POINT ONLY TO JESUS THE CHRIST OF GOD and all lovely words OF Truth .
And know that if all this blood can come upon the sheep
Just how much worse is gonna come upon all who had rejected the love of the truth and had rather loved a lie .
Better to suffer for CHRIST ,than to live a king in this world . Perseuction WILL increase
and sooner than later my friend . ITS AT THE DOOR . ITS AT THE DOOR and the inclusive god
and his beast WILL ENFORCE its worship by means of THE AI DIGITAL SYSTEM .

What you say is true but remember “those things happened to them as examples…”.
that we DO NOT and LUST NOT after the evils they did .
SOMETHING this all inclusive rainbow holding and koran kissing for peace generation better quickly find out and repent from it .
Cause NO LOVE OF GOD would have honored or embraced SINS and UNBELIEF .
NO love of GOD would have put humanity First and GOD , HIS CHRIST second .
THE LOVE that cometh of GOD
would have LOVED GOD , THUS HIS CHRIST before ALL , before mother , father , son , daughter or anyone and anything .
but i see a love that sure do call EVIL as GOOD and GOOD as evil and it sure do cast OUT the very words of GOD
and of CHRIST as though its hate speech .
You wanna know a sad and hard fact .
THIS judge not correct not generation
IS GUILTY OF JUDGING GOD , TRYING TO CoRRECT GOD himself . sO much for that love its total death .

When we realize that slaying those giants isn't our job—because we can't do it—but God's, that's when we enter His rest, and He slays them for us.

The whole point of Christianity is to reach that place in our walk. That’s why Jesus said his burden is light.

For some reason many Christians fight against this with all their might.

this point so just to get into it a little bit we've already seen this Hebrew word Herm often translated when it's a verb to totally destroy and this

14:50
14 minutes, 50 seconds
we can call Haram Warfare I know I'm probably pronouncing the word wrong but that's all right I'm going to say it a lot so I'm just going to say it like that so I don't have to worry about it
14:58

um this is a distinct kind of War uh from their typical War outside of the nation so outside of the nation your

It certainly is a hard one to interpret. To take it spiritually, we are to put to death all of the things we know are coming between us and God. Not that this will purify us in itself but will show God that we are serious.

I listened to most of the video, and I see the point they're making, but I disagree for several reasons. A minor one: the inhabitants of Canaan were giants, not ordinary people. Beyond that, I don't think the text itself supports their interpretation.

But my main objection is that it doesn't present the true gospel in its 'example.' When we water down the account to make it more palatable, we end up presenting an inaccurate gospel. Little giants—like little sins—grow up to become big ones."
