The reality is this...

1. Only Christ's very elect that do His Will will reign with Him when He returns.

2. Those like the five foolish virgins, will be separated from His very elect, and will not reign with Him. That is what His having closed the symbolic door upon them in Matthew 25 represents.

3. Likewise, the "unprofitable servant" will be cast to the "outer darkness" with the wicked.

4. Per Matthew 7, those who thought they were serving Lord Jesus, having done many wonderful works in His Name, cast out demons, etc., but worked iniquity still, Jesus will say He never knew them, and they will be cast to the 'outer darkness' also.

5. When Jesus returns, ONLY those of His very elect that reign with Him, the "first resurrection", will not be subject to the "second death" of being cast into the future "lake of fire" at the end of Christ's 1,000 years reign. The souls of all others will still be in a 'liable to perish' condition subject to the "second death".

6. Per Ezekiel 44, only... the Zadok (The Righteous), will be allowed to approach Christ in that future time. The Zadok represent Christ's very elect that will reign with Him.

7. Also per Ezekiel 44, it will be the job of Christ's Zadok elect to teach the people the difference between the clean and unclean, and the profane from the holy, according to God's laws.

All that is per God's written Word, but not many Churches actually pay attention to all that. Lord Jesus forgives our sins "that are past" when we first believe on Him and are baptized. But after that, we have to keep a walk with Him, repenting of our sins after that, per 1 John 1.

So those who don't repent to Him of sins done after... having believed and been baptized, are in deep... trouble.

If the righteous need disciplinary judgments, how much more will the unrighteous deserve the wrath of God whose offer of righteousness through faith they have rejected? The Greek word "molis" means "hardly" or "scarcely" and reveals the difficulty with which believers are brought to the end of their faith--the salvation of their souls through the fires of suffering, persecution, divine purging and discipline.
