What happened to loving your enemies?I got no vengeance...that's God's job.
What's amazing to me is how you don't recognize a clear and stated enemy when they are in front of you.
You are making me feel sick. You are not sounding very much like a Christian. . . .I do love ALL Christians...
I'd do anything for them including the shirt off my back.
But when you attack and hate my Christan family...I'm going to say something about it. I'm not here to be a doormat.
Huge difference between enduring hardships and suffering and inviting abuse and condoning abuse.
So your idea is that Christians should return evil for evil, harbor grudges, and speak ill of the dead? At least -- and I give him credit for this -- Trump had kind words to say when he found out.
Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.
Your type of vengeful Christianity may be doing more to wreck Christianity in the US than Ginsberg ever did. What amazes me is that you don't seem to see it.

No one said we should not love our enemies. Since when did that mean we should cover for their wickedness? Should we call evil good? The OT passages are still true. God never did away with every single OT passage. There is truth in both the OT and the NT ...as they fit together. Are you saying that everything we find in the OT should be disregarded? It's still true ...when the evil perish, people rejoice. And yet, God finds no pleasure in the death of the wicked. (That's why He sent His Son.) What is wrong with those passages??
Matthew 5:43-44
You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you
We should always pray for our enemies. Loving them does not mean calling their evil good, nor does it mean we do not expose evil. In fact, if we love someone, we should warn them of the danger of their wickedness.
That's the second time you said that. What are you talking about? Can you provide a link to a story about it? I'd want to see the exact quote -- I doubt you got this right.@Giuliano
The Matthew passage is about the war between the Samaritans and the Jews...it wasn't about Jews and Samaritans against the Romans. It was about theological battles and harboring no ill will towards those who were of a different theological group.
And I'm not finger pointing or being judgemental...the woman clearly stated that she wanted to destroy the Christian ideals this nation was founded upon.
Jesus didn't bad mouth Judas or resist evil. He said, "That thou doest, do quickly."Judas betrayed Jesus by getting the Temple guards to arrest him...inviting his enemies to Come to Jesus so they could do him harm.
How is what you are promoting any different?
Question:
Have you ever been personally harmed in a vicious way by someone who absolutely hated you? If so, did you forgive them and pray for them?
Odd how people can find almost anything they want in the Bible. This is also written:No one said we should not love our enemies. Since when did that mean we should cover for their wickedness? Should we call evil good? The OT passages are still true. God never did away with every single OT passage. There is truth in both the OT and the NT ...as they fit together. I do not see a connection. Ginsberg never sent guards to arrest me or anyone else that I know of.
Matthew 5:39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.
Anyway it's not our place to judge, I will leave this matter up to God.
If someone turns to Jesus, all there sins are forgiven, even if they turn to Him in their last minutes or last hours.
Our God is a forgiving God.
Didn't she support adults being able to legally have sex with 14-year-olds? She always reminded me of the old lady in, "Rosemary's Baby."She was one of the members of the Supreme Court Justices' in the States. The highest Court in the land.
Now for my quick thoughts on here.
She was a very 'liberal' person that set her goals on destroying the Christian backbone and roots of America.
She was a Godless Jew...no resemblance in spirit to any Israel. most probably a Khazarian Jew whose descendants were converted to Judaism centuries ago.
Her accomplishments were wide and deep. Her claim to fame was to destroy the nuclear family with accepting the passage of laws that promoted abortion. She nearly accomplished this killing of innocence by herself. She also was instrumental in creating trans-genderism, that is a scourge on this country and then exported to other countries successfully over the years.
She was never in full control of her faculties to be effective on the Court for several years now. Thus she was irresponsible with a selfish ambition and political agenda

I never knew that about Bob. Great news. A Christian should hope she came to Christ. I would be happy to know she did. God doesn't want any to perish. Good point, Josho. We all need to remember that our fight is not against flesh and blood. I'm speaking to myself first. Shalom. There's still hope though.
We should remember Bob Marley gave his life to Jesus in his last days..
Just sayin, anything is possible.
I actually cannot confirm or deny that one....Didn't she support adults being able to legally have sex with 14-year-olds? She always reminded me of the old lady in, "Rosemary's Baby."
