Just a note ....
If Salome is breastfeeding baby Sarah, she would be passing antibodies to the baby in her breast milk that would prevent her (Sarah) from getting sick. I breastfed all my babies whether I was sick or not and they were protected from getting sick because of the antibodies in my breast milk. In fact, it's even more important that little Sarah get that breast milk if someone in the house is sick. It is essential in building her immune system and keeping it strong.
