For context, I'm 19 years old and male. A lot of my peers (including me) play video games, but where our similarities end is in the nature of what exactly we play. At one point in my younger teenage years (maybe 13-15?) I played a video game called Grand Theft Auto but stopped abruptly after. Never once have thoughts of homosexuality or sexual conduct in general really notably crossed my mind. I'm a teenager, of course I know about and understand sex, but the idea of actually partaking in it has never truly been something I've been too invested in, and I'm proud of that milestone against lust. And I would consider myself strictly heterosexual/straight. Until these recurring dreams started.

These dreams are usually almost entirely the same. One of the main protagonists from the game I mentioned earlier and I usually have some form of intercourse. I won't go into too many details for the sake of both my self respect and your mental wellbeing, but they're far from standard and don't seem very 'loving' at all, usually revolving around some form of disrespect being passed to me during the act. I doubt this could be a sign that I need to find a partner or work on my life - this feels more lustful than anything else. Don't exactly know why this particular character considering last time I touched the game chances are I couldn't even drive, but dreams are very strange sometimes so I'll excuse that particular bit. I looked up his name (I believe it's Trevor) and didn't find any direct ties to Satan or even the Bible as a whole.

This dream is certainly lustful, and I can't find any way to make it stop before I get tempted and potentially do something rash. If anyone could interpret what exactly (most likely) Satan or some other being is trying to tell me and what this spells for my future, because I'm beginning to grow accustomed to and even comforted by these dreams which is not good at all lol. I don't trust my judgement enough to go with my interpretation (something from my past/childhood is trying to turn me away from God).

TL;DR: Having a questionable/lustful dream that I believe Satan has some part in???

I have often wished that the sexual motivation came later in life. And Seth lived an hundred and five years, and begat Enos... It would be nice if we had a hundred years to prepare for wife and family. As far as sexual desire I am afraid it comes early in life and is a matter of physiology rather than spirituality. This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. - Galatians 5:16. I would say keeping occupied is your best bet here.

Your generation has seen a lot more than my generation, over 70 yrs old. The bombardment of ads and movies and tv shows depicting gay agendas have been normalized. This, plus school manipulation. This plays into the psychology of young minds, and its "grooming" you, to acceptance of a lifestyle. It is not satanic, more demonic. Without knowing it, it has influenced your thinking and caused your subconscious to react. Prayer is the only cure, and turn off TV shows, and movies, and realize this affects your subconscious

That's the thing. The game itself is possibly the least homosexual thing I've ever seen and I go to a Catholic school that's almost in the middle of nowhere, so I have no choice but to think this came from the devil. I pray every day, and I feel like there is some sort of message somewhere in the dream, but I don't exactly understand whether it's literal or more figurative hmmx1:hmmx1:hmmx1: I do not want to discredit your advice at all - it's very valid, and I for sure see where you are coming from, but there are so many elements that I believe have some sort of deeper meaning throughout the dream. I feel like praying can help, but can't reveal exactly what is wrong with me Obviously, due to the more modern elements of certain parts of the dream (i.e. video games), there's no Bible verse I can find that fits my situation correctly without just establishing that lust is wrong.

If someone is catholic that gives the devil an open door to come in to your thoughts anytime he wants and they can't do anything about it.

Those that get born again, filled with the Real Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ have power and authority over devil and they cast them out

From the OP:

Satan Trying to Contact Me Through Dream?

YES, he is.

I played a video game called Grand Theft Auto but stopped abruptly after. Never once have thoughts of homosexuality or sexual conduct in general really notably crossed my mind.
It only takes one time for one open door to appear, for Satan to gain the legal foothold he requires to oppress. (GTA is incredibly violent. And subliminals and rituals are running throughout the production, being spoken over you. There is far more going on with those vid's than you know.)

"I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes" (Psalm 101:3) and "take heed what ye hear" (Mark 4:24). IOW, discerning believers know that there are things they are not to look at, and things they are not to listen to.

I would consider myself strictly heterosexual/straight. Until these recurring dreams started.
Again, once a spiritual door has been opened, all bets are off.

One of the main protagonists from the game I mentioned earlier and I usually have some form of intercourse.
Of course, because that's what you're doing when you play "the game." You have given over your emotions to "the game." Satan, the most subtle beast of the field, is cleverly vying for your free-will choice, to be acquiesced in his direction. The more you "play," the more you will "pay."

...some form of disrespect being passed to me during the act...this feels more lustful than anything else...didn't find any direct ties to Satan or even the Bible as a whole.
It's encouraging that you have not yet lost all your discernment.

That's a very astute observation of EXACTLY what is going on. Keep playing and you will get more addicted and lustful and alienated from God - until he gives you over to what you have shown you prefer (Romans 1:24-32).

I am involved in a deliverance ministry and deal with devils of addictions often. The devils (aka "demons") of addiction are powerful and work in teams/gangs to keep you in their bondage loop. If you don't get this by now, understand that vid games are satanic BY DESIGN. God is not in them. Get away from them now if you do not want to spend eternity separated from your Father...

1) confess your addiction to God
2) repent (turn away from it); detest the sin
3) ask for forgiveness
4) cast out the devil(s) of vid's from yourself, in Jesus' name.

Opinions and "emotions" count for NADA. Bust out your knee pads and get before The King right now, while you still can. High time to start practicing spiritual warfare; start using the power you've been given as a child of The Most High God.

Godspeed, brother.
