OK. My wife says this is the stupid question of the month but...............Since God is omnipotent why does He not just do away with Satan completely? No more evil in the world. Nothing but love and peace? Why wait for the end times to have peace when with the touch of a hand we could live in a perfect world?Donnie

OK. My wife says this is the stupid question of the month but...............Since God is omnipotent why does He not just do away with Satan completely? No more evil in the world. Patience. God has given us a second chance to be with Him. God wants all of us, so he given us a free will to decide to be with Christ or with Satan. What is free will if they are only God and no evil?To be quite honest. Satan (Lucifer) is a son of God as he is made by God Himself... If God didn't give us a second chance after Satan rebelled and got 1/3 of God's children, then how can we experince True Love to others that we may try to lead them to Christ?JagLovest ye in Christ Yahshua, Lord and Saviour of the world.

DING DING!! WINNER!! stupidest Question of the month WinnerJust kidding with you Donnie Jag is right We must all realize what happens when we have free will and try to do it our way. So that we can chose to love God of our own free will if we didnt have this choice to make we would either be like robots doing what we were told or some would always think they had a better plan God knew this so set about his plan to save us from ourselfs should we accept his grace which is offered to all.

Doing away with satan wouldn't end evil since it's in the hearts of all people (The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked Jer. 17:9). God has a plan that we know nothing about.
