OK, I once was obsessed with dragons and thought I had a dragon's soul in a human body. I claimed to be a good dragon who's parents and grandparents fought on God's side during the war in heaven when Lucifer rebelled against God, there were a few dragons who fought on God's side with Micheal and the good angels. God told us to guard and watch humans, my grandfather fell asleep when Lucifer entered Eden as a serpent and tricked Adam and Eve into eating the forbidden fruit. The Lord was very angry with my grandfather and punished him just like he punished Adam, Eve, and Satan the serpent. My grandparents and family were sentenced to by the servants of humans, to protect people from evil dragons or any other evil, dangerous beasts. We had to live in caves underground. and whenever we helped people we were not suppose to let them see us. So that is the story of Seraphina Starfire, the sapphire, amethyst peacock dragon. I wrote stories and drew pictures about good dragons and their adventures, and yes, they did let their guard down and let people see them.

Anyway, I realized dragons, like snakes or 'serpents' were a symbol of evil in the Bible. I wrestled a lot with my love of fantasy and my faith in God. It wasn't just dragons, when I was little I liked unicorns, I like pegasus, which is a winged horse. I like horses with both horns and wings, read stories about them, my favorite children's book was Whisper the winged unicorn. I also read children's book of illustrated Bible stories. I like fairies with butterfly wings because I love butterflies, and flowers, fairies have butterfly wings and they wear outfits made from flowers. I like mermaids although my first reaction when I found out what a mermaid was from my mom, was, 'Eww! Gross! That's disgusting!"Half human, half fish, that is weird and gross. Then I saw Disney's Little Mermaid movie and it was a lot of fun, I like the music, and the love Ariel has for Prince Eric, but the greatest love is King Triton's love for Ariel. He is a strict father, with the intention of protecting his daughters. He worries about being to hard on Ariel. In the end he sacrifices himself for his daughter, then when Prince Eric gets rd of Ursula, King Triton realizes Ariel will be happy on land with the man she loves. I guess Ariel running away, being rebellious, is something children and teens go through, children don't have to be perfect. I think it might be a bad influence on kids, encouraging them to disobey, be rebellious, run away from home, etc. I think some Disney movies have bad morals in them.

Anyway, I am no longer interested in dragons and mermaids, maybe no more fairies and unicorns. I want to help young people that are lost in fantasy magic or occult, like mythology, astrology, witchcraft, Wicca. I have read some books with stories about 'good' witches, women who practice magic feminism. SOme books about King Arthur have magic, Wicca, as do books about Irish mythology, Irish paganism. There are a lot of mythology stories about 'the gods' all around the world. The Bible, however is true and holy, it is the holy word of God, the one an only true God.

I would like to help young people who are lost as I once was. I want to help young people involved in fantasy occult religions. The Lord saved me and set me free, now I want to free others. I know it is the Lord who does the saving. I want others to know how much God loves them.

So, any advice? How should I go about doing this? I am not sure how to start.

That would be demonic possession.

So, any advice?

Learn to accept the whole counsel of God and be ready to counter their arguments promoting evil using God's Word.

And remember that many will never turn to the Lord so frequently you will have to move on and not get tangled up in trying to rescue people since they have have God given free will and many will choose to reject the Lord

With much prayer. and prayerful reading of the Bible, draw close to God, as close as you are able. As your heart becomes ready for serving, God will open doors and will direct you which way to walk. Prayer, and faith that He will work. Trust Him even if it seems He has something else in mind for you. We never know what our life story will be, but God has all our days worked out in advance.

Much love!

Ask God to give you an open door to do what you are interested in doing for those who are like you once were , in your mind and life.

Then wait on God.
If you are truly born again, then God will give you an opportunity, and not just one....and you'll know He did it, as He confirms to you, these things so that you will never doubt these doors are opened by Him.

Study scriptures and pray God will give you understanding and revelation in the knowledge of Him.

Colossians 2
For I want you to know what a great conflict[a] I have for you and those in Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh, 2 that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, [b]both of the Father and of Christ, 3 in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

4 Now this I say lest anyone should deceive you with persuasive words. 5 For though I am absent in the flesh, yet I am with you in spirit, rejoicing [c]to see your good order and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.

6 As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, 7 rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding [d]in it with thanksgiving.

8 Beware lest anyone [e]cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. 9 For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead [f]bodily; 10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all [g]principality and power.

Not Legalism but Christ

11 In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body [h]of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ, 12 buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. 13 And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, 14 having wiped out the [i]handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. 15 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.

16 So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a [j]festival or a new moon or sabbaths, 17 which are a shadow of things to come, but the [k]substance is of Christ. 18 Let no one cheat you of your reward, taking delight in false humility and worship of angels, intruding into those things which he has [l]not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, 19 and not holding fast to the Head, from whom all the body, nourished and knit together by joints and ligaments, grows with the increase that is from God.

20 [m]Therefore, if you died with Christ from the basic principles of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to regulations— 21 “Do not touch, do not taste, do not handle,” 22 which all concern things which perish with the using—according to the commandments and doctrines of men? 23 These things indeed have an appearance of wisdom in self-imposed religion, false humility, and [n]neglect of the body, but are of no value against the indulgence of the flesh.

Thank you for the advice. I am not sure I was demon possessed, I mean Satan spoke to me and harassed me, I tried to make him go away, then I realized only Jesus Christ can make the Devil go away. Satan spoke to Jesus, tempted, argued and harassed him. According to my psychiatrist I 'hear voices' those voices are that of God and his son Christ, the holy spirit, Satan and his demons tempting harassing, me, trying to hurt me or get me to do wrong. Every good Christian should hear these voices, but very few of them do. Many people pray and 'talk to God,' but if God talks to you they call you crazy and make you see a psychiatrist and possibly get locked up in a mental hospital.

I did have a lot of problems because of those stupid dragons, now that I see that they are demons, I am free from them, and very glad. The Lord set me free. I felt like there was a war in my mind because of the quarreling within over fantasy.

To be honest, I live in Florida and I am scared of snakes and alligators. What got me interested in dragons was the movies "Dragonheart." In this movie the dragon was good and was a hero because he saved the peasants from tyranny. So, I felt sorry for the dragon in it., because he died a hero's death in the end. It was then that I felt sorry for dragons., then I started liking them and associated myself with them. Now I realized God created me human, the way I was meant to be, he made me a woman. I used to be real girly and liked dressing up, wanted to be a princess.

I am a servant while on this earth. When I get to heaven I will be a princess. I want to help girls by inspiring them with stories about the women in the Bible. I want to encourage them to do household tasks, like cleaning. I want to teach them to do arts and crafts hobbies, maybe something Bible themed. The Bible says older women should teach younger women, like Joyce Meyers teaches younger women. Maybe instead of fantasy we should teach children about real animals. Birds, cats, dogs, rabbits, horses, and butterflies.

I am trying to read the whole Bible all through this year, it is difficult. I am in Jeremiah. It is sad how the Israelites never completely turned away from their wicked ways of idol worship. worshiping heathen gods, practicing witchcraft. Well I did it myself. I struggled so hard with my conscience, I realize God was calling me. Time to answer the call.

I love unicorns dragons mermaids Harry Potter and all thing fantasy stuff, I was not demon possessed either. Demon possession is the belief in a lie. Anyway, fantasy its a great distraction from the suffering of this life on earth.

The Lord saved me and set me free, now I want to free others. I know it is the Lord who does the saving.
From what ? believing you have a soul of a dragon or something else?

then I realized only Jesus Christ can make the Devil go away.

That's not what the Lord says in His Word. Which is why the devil does not have to leave.

Here's a couple of critical things to know about this from the Word of the Lord

Mark 16:17 - And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils
James 4:7 - Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

In this case submitting to the Lord is to do what Jesus said in Mark 16:17

"devil, I cast you out in the Name of Jesus Christ"
According to my psychiatrist I 'hear voices

There's another problem and another reason why the devil does not have to leave.

One should trust the Lord and act on God's instructions in His Word rather than trusting in the wisdom of man
Going to a psychiatrist is trusting in the wisdom of man and is not putting God and His Word first place in your life.

God should be your Plan A and there should be no other plans.

Every good Christian should hear these voices, but very few of them do

No, God never promised we would here voices.

We are to be led by His Word and the Holy Spirit Who leads us to His Word along with leading us by peace as in we have His peace on going whatever direction He wants us to go or NOT having peace when we are thinking of going a direction He does not want us to go and all this is done thru our conscience but is always, ALWAYS based on what God teaches in His Word.

The devil is always the one claiming it's OK to ignore God's teachings in His Word and he will send his servants (people listening to demons) to tell you this.

If you don't stop this eventually these voices will tell you to do something that will get you incarcerated or dead.

I love unicorns dragons mermaids Harry Potter and all thing fantasy stuff, I was not demon possessed either. Demon possession is the belief in a lie.

Which is exactly what unicorns dragons mermaids Harry Potter and all thing fantasy stuff is - it's all a lie, and so the demon possession continues

From what ? believing you have a soul of a dragon or something else?

Having the soul of a dragon is having a demon inside of you.

At first I liked Harry Potter books because they were fun and exciting. But I realized they were evil and deceptive, a school that teaches children witchcraft?! How horrible! The children are victims of lying witch adults, this is child abuse, to turn children to sin. Jesus said, "Let the children come to me." He also said the kingdom of heaven belonged to those like little children,, that those who caused a little child to stumble and sin it would be better to have a millstone hung around their neck and thrown into the sea. A lot of magic fantasy stuff is aimed towards children, perhaps the makers of this stuff will have a mill stone around their neck.

A lot of fantasy creatures are based on real animals. Dragons, dinosaurs, snakes, lizards, crocodiles, alligators, bats, vultures, whales, eels, and sharks. Unicorns, horses, goats, gazelles, antelopes, ibex, deer, giraffes. centaurs, a horse and rider, mermaids, seals, manatees, sea cows, dolphins, etc....fairies, butterflies, dragonflies, moths, hummingbirds...

Harry Potter is deceptively evil, and the truth about fairies is that they are demons. Unicorns are gazelle-like, with one horn, either they shed a horn or the two look like one from side view, mermaids were invented by drunk or blurry-eyed sailors, superstitious Greeks saw a horse and rider and invented centaurs. There are a lot of fantasy creatures made up from real animals, sometimes from people who were sleepy or sick or had blurry vision or drunk or on drugs.

I advise that you quit reading Harry Potter, quit liking mermaids and dragons and Unicorns. There is poison in Harry Potter pages and cruel child abuse. Dragons are fierce fire breathing monsters that kill people, I know these days dragons are portayed as good and kind, but read older stories of dragons, they are cruel, dangerous, blood thirsty, ferocious, they kill a lot of people and kill young girls in a 'maiden sacrifice.'

In older stories of mermaids, they would seduce sailors and drown them. Mermaids liked to drown people.

Unicorns used to impale people with their horns. They used their horn for a weapon.

In traditional fairy tales, witches were always evil. If a magic user was good, they would call them something else. Like an enchantress, a sorceress, or a fairy or fairy godmother.

In nature, there are horses, with no horns or wings, there are natural butterflies. There are fish, seals, and dolphins, There are reptiles that are not as powerful as dragons. In nature there are beautiful flowers and trees. God created our pets, cats and dogs, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, lizards, turtles, gold fish..

God gave us the beauty of nature. We can plant gardens with flowers, vegetables and fruit. God has given us many gifts, we don't need to mess around with magic and freakish creatures that are not real. God gave us love and His word the Bible. Read the Bible and read educational books, and Christian entertainment books. Learn Biblical science and history. God loves you and wants to save you from Satan's lies, and the world is full of Satan's lies!

Hansel and Grettle, the witch was fattening them up to eat them.
And the parents decide to abandon their children, but the kids have faith in God.
Yes, a lot of children's stories have dark dystopic elements in them.
And the stories reflect that because of how evil the world really is.

Hansel and Gretel are the young children of a poor woodcutter. When a famine settles over the land, the woodcutter's second wife tells him to take the children into the woods and leave them there to fend for themselves. The woodcutter opposes the plan, but his wife repeats her demands until he reluctantly agrees. They are unaware that in the children's bedroom, Hansel and Gretel have overheard them. After the parents have gone to bed, Hansel sneaks out of the house and gathers as many shiny white pebbles as he can, then returns to his room, reassuring Gretel that God will not forsake them.

The next day, the children's stepmother gives them small pieces of bread before she and their father take them into the woods. As the family walks deeper, Hansel leaves a trail of white pebbles. After their parents abandon them, the children stay in the woods until night falls and the moonlight reveals the white pebbles shining in the dark. The children then safely follow the trail back home, much to their stepmother's rage. Once again, provisions become scarce and the stepmother angrily orders her husband to take the children further into the woods and leave them there. Hansel attempts to gather more pebbles, but finds his stepmother has locked the door.

The following morning, the children's stepmother gives them smaller pieces of bread, before she and their father take them back into the woods. As the family treks, Hansel leaves a trail of bread crumbs for him and Gretel to follow back home. However, after they are once again abandoned, the children find that the birds have eaten the crumbs and they are lost in the woods. After three days of wandering, the children follow a dove to a clearing in the woods, and discover a cottage with bread walls, a cake roof, and sugar windows. Hungry and tired, the children begin to eat the house, when the door opens and the elderly woman that lives there emerges and takes the children inside, giving them delicious food to eat and soft beds to sleep in. What the children do not know is that their kind hostess is an evil witch who had built the bread house to lure them inside so she can cook and eat them.

The next morning, the witch locks Hansel in a stable and enslaves Gretel. The witch feeds Hansel regularly to fatten him up, but serves Gretel nothing but crab shells. The witch then tries to touch Hansel's finger to see how fat he has become, but he cleverly offers a thin bone he found in the cage. As the witch's eyes are too weak to notice the deception, she is fooled into thinking Hansel is still too thin for her to eat. After four weeks of this, the witch grows impatient and decides to eat Hansel anyway.

She prepares the oven for Hansel, and then decides she is hungry enough to eat Gretel, too. She coaxes Gretel to the open oven and asks her to lean over in front of it to see if the fire is hot enough. Gretel, sensing the witch's intent, pretends she does not understand what the witch means. Frustrated, the witch demonstrates, and Gretel instantly shoves her into the hot oven, slams and bolts the door shut, leaving the witch to burn to death. Gretel frees Hansel from the stable and the pair discovers boxes full of pearls and precious stones. Putting the jewels into their pockets, the children set off for home. A white duck (or swan in some versions) ferries them across an expanse of water, and at home they find only their father; his wife had died from an unknown cause. The children's father had spent all his days missing them, and is delighted to see them safe and sound.

With the witch's wealth, the children and their father live happily afterwards.

Do you want to know the sad truth of witchcraft histeria? In medieval and renaissance times, people were paranoid of the devil's wrath. They accused several people of being witches who were not guilty, not witches at all. There was a lot of cruelty and sadism, People were brutally, sadistically tortured into confessing to witchcraft and heresy, it was at this time there was the protestant reformation, both catholics and protestants accused the other of belonging to the devil, a lot of women, a few men were accused of being witches. It was usually women who were on the margins of society, rich widows whose property the Roman Catholic Church coveted, elderly mentally ill or disabled women, independent, strong willed or bossy women. Women, and men, would be tortured until they confessed, and would be burned at the stake. Death by fire is extremely painful, I wonder if it is more painful than being crucified? People accused their neighbors and even family members. If someone stared at you funny or too long they would accuse you of the evil eye. Women nature healers and midwives were falsely accused by male 'quack' doctors who relied on silly superstition.

Very few people could read and write, and in the later middle ages towards the renaissance people were learning to read, the Catholic church forbid people from reading the Bible, and forbid the Bible from being translated into the common language of the local people. The reason they did this was because people would find out the truth about the lies and corruption of the Catholic church. A lot of what Catholic church does is against the Bible.

So you see people were once very much afraid of witches and the devil, Satan. Grimm fairy tales were written during the Renaissance, after medieval times, people were still very superstitious. I heard that in Germany the witchcraft paranoia was the strongest. It might be because of Martin Luther. I think there are still a lot of Catholics in Germany despite martin Luther's efforts. Grimm's Brothers must represent the superstition of the time and place.
