No animals are not created in the image and likeness of God! They have no soul no intellect and will!

you have a body and a soul.
Your body is physical and is sense perceptible not spiritual, your soul is spiritual and not sense perceptible and not physical.

I use body and person to remove any offense to an atheist in regards to religion.

You person does not, you cannot have one thing that changes and does not change. Your person is different from your body and not physical and not sense perceptible si there must be something else there, something other than the physical universe, must be a spiritual universe
