shall we still observ the sabbath?

In the OT, the people of God was told not to do any work on sabbath. That is the seventh say of then week, and some special festivity dates. That prohibition to work is from our Friday sunset, until our Saturday sunset. Are we supposed to keep observing that prohibition?
