I don't like seeing how things are going any more than anyone....but should we be surprised that iniquity/transgression is coming to the full? As difficult as it is to watch and live through, it was prophesied to happen, and the Lord is still sovereignly on His throne. There is a harvest of both righteousness and wickedness ripening in the last days.....meaning it is soon time for judgment. Wheat and tares both growing up and showing their true colours...fruits, whether good or bad that show what kind of tree/crop it is.

Politics won't save anyone or turn away whoredoms....only the gospel can save and change hearts and people's behaviours. And according to the bible only a remnant will be saved........so we really shouldn't be surprised that most of this world is in a shambles.

I think the bible indicates that this world and this life, is really only a proving/testing ground for our faith, that we are passing through, and after this comes eternity. God's people are waiting for, journeying towards, and looking for a NEW and eternal heavens/earth, not putting down stakes in a temporary place that is appointed to wrath/destruction. The only thing anyone needs to be doing is God's will. And His will for the church is to seek HIS kingdom and righteousness and share the gospel before it is too late and that door is shut and the wrath is poured out.
