Actually you do need the Holy Bible as your original source regarding Christianity.
The Devil and his owned always dispute the Bible as the foundation and final authority.

The "Christian" Bible wasn't even canonized until the 4th century.
The King James Bible was not in print until 1611.

No one in the Hebrews 11 hall of faith had a Christian Bible.

How did we get along that long without it?
