Not like I would use it myself because I don't really care that people know my country and state, but has anybody heard of this website? Apparently you could use it to change your IP and make it out so you're from any country in the world.

I subscribed to that VPN for a very short time when I had a desktop PC. It's a security matter really.
I cancelled the service because they didn't connect to private servers even though their system on your end would claim they did.
I'd go to sites to check my ISP after I activated the SS proxy and that is how I found this out.
