The problem is the Military Force in charge is not very likely to give up their lust for power and control!
The only solution it seems is to either destroy Karg Island? Which would force everyone to Texas to procure their oil.
Or? Just lay siege to it and the Strait of Hormuz until the military runs out of money to pay their members, and/or the military revolts against their generals! Which will probably be to their demise! But? An Army "moves" on its stomach! Right?
