Jesus, by His own words, said, in two places, that He did not come except to the House of Israel. But do you believe Jesus? Do you believe the word of God? It seems that you don't since you have Him coming to the Gentiles too.
Those you've been listening to that have bewitched you into the false doctrine of two different Gospels of Jesus Christ have missed a very basic premise in the New Testament about times The Gospel was sent, and to whom it was sent.
Matt 10:5-7
5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, "Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:
6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
7 And as ye go, preach, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.'"
(KJV)
The above was prior to Christ's crucifixion, to bring the Gospel first to Israel at Jerusalem. This is why He told His Apostles at that time to not go into any city of the Gentile Samaritans to preach. But His command for His disciples in Matt.28 to preach the Gospel to all nations was after His crucifixion after the Jews in Jerusalem rejected it.
There's a deeper reason why He said for them to go to the lost sheep of the house of Israel at the first, because it meant those born of Israel that dwelt among the house of Judah in those lands.
Matt 15:22-28
21 Then Jesus went thence, and departed into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon.
22 And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto Him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, Thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.
23 But He answered her not a word. And His disciples came and besought Him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.
24
But He answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
25 Then came she and worshipped Him, saying, Lord, help me.
26 But He answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.
27 And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.
28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.
(KJV)
Jesus went into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon (near Lebanon) and a Gentile Canaanite woman who believed on Him came up to Him. But The Gospel being preached first... to the children of Israel in the holy lands had yet to be accomplished, so He paid her no mind. To Israel at Jerusalem first, then to the Gentiles was to be the order of the Gospel going forth. The "children's bread" is put for the Gospel going to the children of Israel first. The "dogs" is put for the Gentiles per that particular analogy of how the Gospel was to go forth. The Canaanite woman showed she understood that, that only 'crumbs' of the Gospel had yet fallen among Gentiles at that time. Because the Canaanite woman's understanding of that truth, and her faith on Him was so strong, He couldn't deny her, and thus healed her daughter.
Acts 3:25-26
25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
26 Unto you first God, having raised up His Son Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.
(KJV)
Acts 13:46-48
46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.
47 For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth.
48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.
(KJV)
Rom 15:8-10
8 Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God,
to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:
9 And that the Gentiles might glorify God for His mercy; as it is written, 'For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name.'
10 And again He saith, 'Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with His people.'
(KJV)
In all of that, it's about the one Gospel of Jesus Christ first written of by promise to Israel per the Old Testament prophets being sent to Israel first, and then the same Gospel going to the Gentiles, first as "crumbs" before its completion to Jerusalem first, and then fully to Gentiles after the Jews at Jerusalem had rejected it. The same Gospel that was rejected at Jerusalem was the same Gospel that went to the Gentiles.
