13 “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. [sup]14[/sup] Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. (Matthew 7)

[sup]7[/sup] Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. [sup]8[/sup] All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. [sup]9[/sup] I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. (John 10)

[sup]6[/sup] Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Jesus is the gate AND the way. We enter the gate when we are received upon repentance. We must then walk the way, Jesus, that we might arrive at our destination. Think Pilgrim's Progress! ;) Many are turned or fall on their way, we must persevere to the end if we will be saved.

Matthew 15:32
[ Feeding the Four Thousand ] Now Jesus called His disciples to Himself and said, “I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now continued with Me three days and have nothing to eat. And I do not want to send them away hungry, lest they faint on the way.”

Interesting scripture... I think it reflects the heart of God, how he desires to strengthen us, that we might be strong to walk in his way. That strength is what we call grace, into which we tap by faith. How was the multitude fed after he spoke this? By faith. :)
