You were talking about the new testament not being in force until Jesus died.

It is actually his new covenant that required his death,blood,to seal the covenant. Which transpired when he died on the cross. That is the meaning of our sins being "under the blood".

They are erased by his sacrifice for our sins. That propitiation for our sins.

After he died on the cross and forever his new covenant is in force.

And the new testimony in our Bibles tells us why that is the truth.

I read Matthew 12 and I dont know what events lead you to say the gospel of the kingdom ceased

I did not say cease but postponed to a future generation. The event was the Blasphemy of the Spirit whom the leadership of Israel committed when they attributed th emiravcles of the Holy Spirit through Jesus to Beezebub.

They could not be told to preach Paul's gospel since it wasnt revealed to Paul at that time

But it was revealed to the Apostles. All peoples only have one gospel for salvation- trust in the death and physical resurrection of Jesus for the full payment of their sins. Then they are born again and saved forever! All other teachings are how to conduct life.

Pauls other teachings are about living as gentile believers in the one body of jesus Christ. Jewish believers had different practices but the same gospel.

[Mat 28:19-20 KJV] 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen.

There is no mention of preaching the gospel of the kingdom in Matthew 28 because it was fulfilled
They were to teach the Gentile nations that enter the kingdom

No they were to tteach Gentiles to trust in the death and resurrection of Jesus for their sins.

The JW's are busy preaching the gospel of the kingdom with a heretical twist. But the gospel of the kingdom is not the purview of the church. Since pentecost it is the gospel of salvation we are commanded to preach to all peoples (nations)
