We didn’t fail we just chose not to obliterate both countries to kingdom come like we did Japan.

Seems to me and this can be pretty basic, there was no support in those wars from the people. It seems when there's no support, we don't do nearly as well.

We failed because our govt held us back, just like in iraq and afghanistan. If you’re fighting a real war, then you go in and do whatever it takes to win. You dont create rules of engagement and go by the geneva conventions.

Yes, it is not something we have a 'right' to as it is in the US. It works. Even most of our police are unarmed.
