He does discover new lies and the most potent are the ones he hides in what people believe is the word of God like for instance when Jesus pointed this out, he said, 'You have heard said an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth but I say unto you, do not resist an evil man' or 'you have heard said do not commit adultery but I say unto you, If you look at a woman lustfully you have committed adultery in your heart'.

So I would ask, where had they heard said? was it not from the scriptures they they had been taught? Jesus is raising the bar of what they had heard said. Maybe they want to settle for a lower bar? .....even get rid of it as some believe.....especially when it comes to sayings of Jesus like 'if your eye offends you, pluck it out' or if your hand offends you, cut it off'

How many of us have taken Jesus seriously on those? of course, 'whoever eats my flesh and drink my blood has eternal life' had the majority of hangers on, bolting. They preferred to misunderstand and to squeeze Jesus into their misunderstandings instead of making further enquiry, and today we might say, making the effort to get a handle on cultural context.

The scientific study says "COULD" cause. It's not an absolute. Greenland has melted back and forth for decades. That is not the answer and if you bother to read .....they state the wobble is not 100% due to ice melt or water use in the northern hemisphere.

Greenland has experienced more melt than this .......and there was no wobble. To understand what the sciences have to say ......you must dig far deeper than you are willing to go. You will stop at the sentence and not comprehend what it actually has to say .....

If killing and torture are the tools of the enemy to get conformity or to assert authority, do we really believe God would go into the enemy's tool box because he doesn't have sufficient in his own?

No one...NO ONE...said the wobble was the result of the loos of Greenland's ice sheet. They are saying that the loss of the ice sheet is making the earth wobble faster.

Simply because science has the technology to measure the wobble, doesn't answer the inquiry how much will remian or when it will disapate.

God is sovereign. He gives life and takes it away. Those whom He loves, He chastised and the rest get judged in life and afterwards.
Throughout the entire Bible, we see God's judgments in many forms: death, disaster calamities, troubles, evil, pain and suffering, etc. God has it all in check, He ordained it. Satan acts only within the parameters that God allows him to. Read Job if you don't get that!

Here, "evil" can be translated as calamities, disaster, troubles, woes.

If you did a word study on judgment, evil, calamities, troubles, punishment, disaster, woes and anything that you deem related to bad things _ even, torture and death, there are thousands of verses and God ordained them all to happen.
And btw, God created Satan's tools and his box for His overall divine plan and purpose. Otherwise, He is not sovereign. CAPISCE?

False. Yearly ice sheet loss has been steadily growing and has been at least 40% higher than the peak loss from 80 years ago and has been higher for the last quarter century.

Parts of the Great Barrier reef are recovering from a bleaching even that occured in 2016 but ovreall the Great barrior reef is 40% smaller than it was a century ago.

Polar Bears going extinct, wrong,

Polar Bears were in danger of extinction in the 1960's due to aggressive overhunting and the global polar bear population was reduced to about 5000 bears. Hunting was largely stopped in 1973 and over the nest 20 years the population increased. That increase from being protected from hunting stopped by the late 90's. The problem comes when climate change deniers used the bear population from when they were being hunted to extinction to claim that they are not in any danger at all today. Currently researchers track polar bears in 19 distinct sub-populations, each within a separate region of the Arctic. the numbers from the last decade show that 13 of the 19 groups are in decline. The current Polar bear population 22000 is down from 25000 five years ago.

two thirds of the species of penguins in Antarctica are on the endangered species list. SO yes they are in danger.
