    Hebrews 10:28-29
28 Anyone who has rejected Moses' law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses.
29 Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?
    NKJV

Looks to me that those that are left behind have done exactly what is said in verse 29

If we read the top part of the verse, it says if we Sin willfully........... that is one sin.

the part you posted is what the sin was and is related to Heb 6. That is leaving Jesus, and going back to judaism. counting the covenant were we were santified a unworthy thing.

So, those that are left behind may not qualify for that verse. The scripture says if we sin willfully. That meaning we knew exactly what sin we were commiting.

If we read Heb 6 we find that a person must qualify for this sin. Most do not, and millions of christians have not even experienced the power and Gifts of the Holy Spirit. So they Would have no concept of what they were leaving for another god, or type of God.

This sin in Hebrews, The sin of rally against the Holy Spirit, and the sin John talks about, fall into this catagory when John said there is a sin unto death, and not to pray for that, He then warned at the end to stay away from idols. Leaving God, and the Precious Holy Spirit being counted as worthless.

As for "Left Behind" Jesus comes for His Church. This is without the pressures of the End time tribulation but just the everyday life we go though. Not doing as the Lord called you to do, and being on the Path you should be on, means that Jesus is not really your Lord, and you have chosen to do your own things.

Mat 24:44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
Mat 24:45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Mat 24:46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

    Mat 24:48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
    Mat 24:49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
Mat 24:50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
Mat 24:51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Luk 12:46 The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.
Luk 12:47 And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes

Here we see a case where Jesus comes and finds His servants being faithful to what they are suppose to be doing, or doing their own thing.
Many just do as they wish during the Week, but are in church every Sunday. Jesus is not really Lord to them, yet they call themselves Christians. Even when getting money, they don't put the Lord's things first, but consider what they need to pay or want.

They also do not take heed about any call of God that is on thier life, though it is not hard to find.

Jesus said that he will appoint them his portion with the unbelievers when he comes. That means "Left Behind" as they are not part of the Church, nor do things that further the Gospel, or do it with a half a heart. Jesus said in both statements that, they do not know when He is going to show up.

Mat 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
Mat 24:37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Mat 24:38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
Mat 24:39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Mat 24:40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
Mat 24:41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

In this event we see the same thing, jesus said we will not know when he comes. This is also the event such as Noah that we escape destruction, but instead of going by boat, He said we are taken, the ones that He finds faithful. Those Christians not putting Christ and the Church first, will be left with the rest of the unbelievers, but unlike Hebrews chapter 6 and 10, There is still hope for them.

    Jesus Is Lord.

Maybe if you start 30 or 50 more rapture threads and repeat you message 30 or 50 more times it will become true but I doubt it. Why continue, there will be NO agreement on this issue untill we see Him face to face.

Why do you continue with your bomb throwing every time the "rapture" topic comes up? Brother Mike didn't even start this thread, nor bring up the "rapture" topic up.

    Thank you Brother Robster!!!! :)

    JerryJohnson:

I did not start this thread, I did not start the 7 page thread. Christina did.

I did not attempt to prove rapture, but share what Richardburger had brought up. Sin that will cause someone to miss the Rapture.

However, could it be possible that at number 51, it becomes true?

I just Answered RichardBurger in line with What he believed, I saw no reason to debate Rapture theory with him, as that is not what his post was about.

    Be blessed.

There are thousands of posts on this forum addressing your rapture theory. Each one goes over and over the same information. How are they doing so far? RichardBurger has started a number of them over the years with the same old worn out 'message.'

I was not aware of the number of Rapture post RichardBurger has started.

I don't suppose it's any more than the No rapture post.

people post those things that are interesting to them.

Denver and Christina set the tone for this site a few years ago. End times, UFO's, Aliens, things that most churches do not talk about, so others of like mind will gravitate to those sites.

so, Rapture, or no Rapture, that is what people want to talk about, and why some of them come here.

Sad, my healing and victory threads do not get the tremendous response that I get other places........... sniff......... Oh well.

    Be blessed Brother.

The whole focus of this thread is that those that have been left behind are guilty of trampling the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which He was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace.

This thread is not a debate about whether the rapture is true or not. It is a debate for those that do believe in a rapture as to whether anyone that did not believe the gospel of grace before the rapture can be saved by the gospel of grace after the rapture.

You can rail against the belief in a rapture all you wish but it is out of place on this thread. I believe in it and so do others.

I agree RichardBurger, this is not about Proving the Rapture, I think we have done that in the (Rapture lie) thread.

If everyone is guilty about commiting those sins listed in Hebrews, then nobody that is left behind will be saved. We know that is not the case............ We need to stay on topic with what the thread is about, and it's not about proving the Rapture true or false but thoughts on what will cause those to miss the Rapture, and why. This will help others to be Rapture ready.

    Be blessed Brother RichardBurger.

There you go with lies and dramtics again ...Do you belief everything you come up with?
yes we discussed UFO "s on occasion so does EZE.

We discussed that the Satan and the fallen Angels might use them as part of the delusion ...
somtimes we joked about them in the lounge see that where jokes and humor go it was never a doctrine . And it was a single occasional topic amoung many thousands of topics ...And guess what its a topic on alot of Religious sites ...The only thing Denver and I set up was Biblical based studies. Your just running your mouth again with out any facts

If you ever studied Rev. and End times like God commanded you to do ...instead of believinga lie perhaps you to could see this was related to scripture...see lots of poeople have a religious interest in these things as they are biblical but confing yourself to copy and paste studies ..... Milk of babes ... and one subject doctrine I would expect you to know these things

Thank you for the insight Christina, and in no way was saying that talking about UFO's was bad. I have made a post myself on it, as it's a interesting topic that is bible related.

If you go way back, there are numerous topics in this forum on the subject. So, How you concluded I was lying is interesting.

Speaking of interesting, Dell Comics started in 1938, and went out of business around 1973. Golden key took most of the licences from Dell comics and started in 1962 and lasted until 1984.

Golden key was the nail in the Coffin for Dell comics, which struggled about 11 years before calling it quits in 1973.

The 1970's was a bad year for comics all around as every household had gotten a TV and kids wanted to watch, instead of read.

Dell has never published a comic that dealt with the Rapture though.

    Be blessed.

    Jesus Is Lord.

This is the lie ...amazing how you deny whats written in blackand white and still claim your not guilty

At this point, I am going to assume your not interested in my comic history.................

Ok, you got me............ being Word of Faith minded, I may have noticed or magnified those things in my mind. It is what it seemed like to me. I have no interest in those things. I did not intend to lie about this, because that is what I perceived. I did not include temple set up, serpent seed doctrine, and the others things that do not pertain to what I am interested in.

So, I was giving an opinion that I had when I started to look at this site several years ago. It is just that, my opinion, and I had no intention of lying. If I am wrong, then for that I am sorry, but I was not trying to lie.

    Jesus Is Lord.

I believe there are some scriptural mistakes in the Left Behind novels but all in all I enjoy reading them. They're still a good story. I guess I have to expect some issues in the books I don't agree with though. After all they are a fictional account of the end times. I just think they could have done a better job on some things though. I believe it goes a bit further though, than in your first post Richard Burger. Those left behind are people who either flat out rejected the word of God, or claimed to be christian but never truly accepted Christ as their savior. You can believe in Christ all you want (even the demons believe... and tremble) but if you do not accept Him as Savior, it's all for not. I hope we can actually have some conversation on the books themselves in this thread, as they are a good story. I'm reading the first one again now.

I am sure the books are really good. I won't have time to read them though, but I just got all three movies today. I am not sure that makes me qualified to speak on them though.
