Parable of Sam and his sons
In East Africa, turmoil is upon a darkness covered land as one tribe sets upon another. Sam sits huddled with his two sons, terrified for his and his childrens once blissful existence. Sam hears the approaching machete wielding tribal warlords, his heart rate rising and so loud that he wills it to quieten lest it heard. Each beat is for the love of his children and God hears love, the heart which is always calling to God. The doors swing open, Sam clutches at his children into a huddle. ''You're safe now'' speaks the intervening united nations peacekeepers. A miracle - let your heart do the calling.
