17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; - 2 Corinthians 5:17-18.
The words "the real you to God is Christ in you." Those are just words but they can mean everything to a knowing believer because everything that a believer will ever search for will be found in them "Christ in you." The one real you is Christ, that person that was made one by Christ in them is the real you. To see yourself separate from the Christ in you is a separation gospel. It is not the gospel that connects the two together. That connection comes by being born again, the birthing we like to call it because it says it straight to where people know what you are saying. Born again has some what lost it's meaning because everybody uses it including politians and what nots who search out a vote. Not to say their not born again but all they have to do is live it the people will know. When I hear a person say their born again it doesn't make two hoots, when someone lives it then you take notice. So born again means little in the world today because of the way the words have been thrown around. But the birthing, you never hear someone say "I have been birthed from on high" they get thrown out for being crazy.
So what is the gospel? The New Testament gospel is; the human being comes into this world incomplete and now by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation they are completed by the Christ in them (spirit). Jesus Christ created all things the scripture says so when a believer knows Christ (have a revelation, Galatians 1:11-12, 15-16) in them they can function in this world by Christ in them. Christ is the one that created all things so he knows something about creation. I have yet to see anyone live Christ that didn't know him. They say alot, have many opinions, but when it comes to living Christ they are at a lose for words. Their religion usally shines through, their thoughts, their ways, and you will know exactly what they believe.
So regardless of what kind of condition the world gets in a believer can still function. Regardless of what a human being suffers before Christ or after doesn't matter, what matters is you can live Christ now. So all our psychologists and doctors that come along to help would be out of a job if Christian's believed and knew Christ in them. That is the answer, another pill is not the answer, another counseling session is not the answer (there is a place for that but it is just not the answer). Christ in the human being is the answer, it is God's plan and we need to know something about it. You will have to fight through to have understanding because everything in the world is resisting you. But everything in your life has been a build up to get you to where you are spiritually. When you see Christ as life you cannot say I have been through a terrible time, it will be quite the opposite. You will glory in your father and what he has done and is doing in you to see Christ. Bless you.
