Well, not that I want to change the topic, but there is actually a "wrinkle" on that one : John the Apostle does address spiritual "fathers" in 1 John, and Paul says "I became your father", so it seems Jesus was saying "Do not boast of yourselves with titles", but when someone is spiritually mature, they are called a "father", because they deserve respect in the Lord because the Lord they lead people into the Lord, but it is for our benefit that we recognize and honor them, not for their benefit or pleasure.

First of all - you DO teach Sola Scriptura - which is the false, unbiblical doctrine that the Bible is our SOLE Authority. The Bible says differently (Matt. 16:19, Matt. 18:18, Luke 10:16, John 16:12-15, John 20:2123).

Like the Protestant "Reformers" before you - YOUR problem is sitting right up there in RED: "I DO SAY."
You've placed yourself as SOLE Authority.

And make NO mistake - YOU are a Protestant.
A Protestant by definition is a non-Catholic, non-Orthodox Christian . .

Is Jesus telling us that we can’t call certain people "fathers" or “teachers” when they may actually BE fathers or teachers? Absolutely NOT.
He is saying that no man is to be considered father above our Father in heaven and no person is to be considered teacher above our Teacher in heaven.

Jesus was speaking about the Scribes and Pharisees who exalted themselves before all: “They love places of honor at banquets, seats of honor in synagogues, greetings in marketplaces, and the salutation 'Rabbi.” (Matt 23:6-7).

The Bible disagrees with you:
- Jesus said, “Your FATHER Abraham rejoiced at the thought of seeing my day; he saw it and was glad.” (John 8:56).

- Stephen refers to "our FATHER Abraham," (Acts 7:2).

- Paul speaks of "our FATHER Isaac” (Romans 9:10).

For I became your FATHER in Christ Jesus through the gospel" (1 Cor. 4:14–15).

- "For this I was appointed a preacher and apostle . . . a TEACHER of the Gentiles in faith and truth" (1 Tim. 2:7).

- "For this gospel I was appointed a preacher and apostle and TEACHER" (2 Tim. 1:11).

- "God has appointed in the church first Apostles, second prophets, third TEACHERS" (1 Cor. 12:28).

“When you make a VOW to the LORD, your God, you shall not delay in fulfilling it; for the LORD, your God, will surely require it of you and you will be held guilty . . . whatever your tongue utters you must be careful to do, just as you freely VOWED to the LORD, your God, with your own mouth” (Deut. 23:22, 24).

Jesus’s condemnation of oaths wasn’t against Sacred oaths – but against frivolous ones (I.e., “I swear to G*D!!”). Tradition allowed several different and frivolous oaths that were permissible to break without moral consequence.

Matthew 5:33-37 is about being truthful and not having to swear in other in order to be believed. It’s NOT about making a sacred oath before God.

Say what you mean
and mean what you say.

If a person is trustworthy no swearing will be necessary.
And persons professing to be Christian SHOULD not have to swear...their word should be sufficient.
