Disclosing use of altered or synthetic content

We encourage creators’ innovative and responsible use of content editing or generation tools. At the same time, we recognize that viewers want to know if what they’re watching or listening to is real.
To help keep viewers informed about the content they're viewing, we require creators to disclose content that is meaningfully altered or synthetically generated when it seems realistic.
Creators must disclose content that:
  • Makes a real person appear to say or do something they didn’t do
  • Alters footage of a real event or place
  • Generates a realistic-looking scene that didn’t actually occur

They are using Billy Graham's voice and picture to teach what he didn't teach. Of course, if he did, they'd just use that! Right? So what are they trying to pull? To get credibility that they feel the lack?

Much love!
How scary is that? It's funny because I looked and looked, and I could not find Billy Graham saying that other than youtube. As far as I saw also, he never switched to Saturday worship. Since I wasn't 100% sure- I just replied with scriptures on my post here. I thought maybe Billy Graham read those to, and it finally clicked. lol
It's FAKE? If so, this needs to be taken down. Isn't that illegal? Has anyone contacted them?

Hello W & D,
This is a good subject and it has always made me wonder why the huge majority of believers do not read or even know the big 10. It seems only SDA's, United Church of God and one or two more observe the Sabbath to keep it Holy. Where is one to go if they do not want to join up with different faiths because of doctrinal differences? Can one just observe the Sabbath in their own homes on Saturday and on Sunday, gather with other Christians for corporate worship, communion and fellowship?
This one has bothered me for sometime now and none of the reasons for this subtle change seem to hold water...IMHO.
Good post :gd
What doctrinal differences do you have with SDA?

The YouTube video is an AI made video. I looked and under the video, I saw this:

How this content was made
Altered or synthetic content--
Sound or visuals were significantly edited or digitally generated.
It is. And the makers admit that I'm their preamble. That say that the sermon O of presented in the style of Billy Graham. I think it's great, because it presents old truths in a manner that is clear and succinct, and compelling.

It was in the 1990"s. I went to so many churches in cities in the USA, I never found one Saturday only Church. Even so, the sabbath was a rest day. You cannot do any work on the sabbath, therefore going to church on Saturday is work if you drive a car. Yes, I know Jesus went Synagogues on Saturday, but He walked, and the rule was you could not walk more than a Sabbath's day's journey which was a 1/2 mile.
Really? Why load unnecessary burdens upon those who seek to obey God's commandments? Did God cancel the commandment anywhere in scripture? Do our interpretations or traditions or personal preferences o lot circumstances void a divine commandment? Despite the above video being AI generated, it still makes many very good salient points and expresses truth.

You are free to keep the sabbath if you choose to. It is not mandatory, as Jesus came and is Lord of the sabbath.
Ummm. It's a commandment, not a suggestion. Yes, Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath. That makes the Sabbath the Lord's Day right? The question you need to ask yourself, is Jesus the Lord of you?

The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), manages Dr.Grahams pastoral legacy of work.
They'd be the ones to ask as to whether Dr.Graham licensed or otherwise legally protected his image and or likeness and voice.

Fake is fake, so don't trust fake. Read your bible. What were the Israelites to do on the Sabbath? they could not gather manna; and why?, because you were not to work on the Sabbath. That was for over 1000 yrs.. Synagogues only appeared after the Babylonian exile and it was far and few then, until the Roman occupation.

Its deceptive and defames Billy Graham. They only used him to fool people.

Far be it from me to argue concerning work on Sabbath. I agree with you. My objection is to your idea that driving to church on Sabbath is work. You really think Jesus is going to condemn someone for driving their car on Sabbath in order to communally worship or do missionary work or meet with homeless people and give out food parcels and reading materials? Doing good on the Sabbath it's not good if you have to drive? God is that pedantic and arbitrary? He's going to jump on me for driving while leaving you alone for ignoring Sabbath altogether?

Read the 4th commandment yourself. I only repeat it. There is no shortcut for keeping commandments. The is no bending the rules.

No-one here is fooled because the makers were open about what they were doing. Defames? How is that? Graham is on record as stating the ten commandments as being still relevant in the Christian era. As did many other non Sabbath keeping protestants such as the Wesley brothers, and Dale Moody and numerous others of all denominations. That they didn't honour the Sabbath as far as we know is between them and God. But "defaming" Graham by using his voice to proclaim what is really the only logical conclusion to belief in the veracity of the moral law? I don't think so. Impersonators doing comedy acts would be more liable for defemation proceedings than the above.
But hey, it's a handy argument and method of ignoring the intent of the message right?

@Sister-n-Christ you think I'm being objectionable? I have seen many many times people quoting that scripture, but with no explanation as to how it's applicable. I don't know whether searcher is supporting Sabbath observance or otherwise. Can you tell?
I think the scripture is self explanatory. Sabbath day rest is God's gift to us.

I will let @Searcher speak for themselves.

Indeed it is. And He hasn't taken it back, changed it, abrogated it, or voided it. It's still holy, and His name is in it. And every time it's discussed, Christians come out in force to oppose it, and malign those that love Jesus and honour the Sabbath as a response to that love. Just seems to me little overly defensive don't you think?

Yes. I think those who oppose Sabbath not only speak for themselves but they also tell us in doing so, we can't talk sense into them when God's words don't.

Check the comments under the video, yep, they thought it was Billy Graham, and they were fooled. I put a comment there myself saying it was fake. I never said the ten commandments aren't valid today. They used Graham voice to synthesize what the video creators wanted to say, because they knew Graham had authority they didn't.

You have obviously read it. Yet you ignore it... Even argue against it.
I never argued against the 4th commandment, I argued for keeping the letter of the Law. Christians still have Idol's in their life. Nobody is able to keep the letter of the 4th commandment, so it's treated like a regular day to go to church, and you do regular things that day; loosely observing the Sabbath.
