The trump card;

Our deaths in Christ..

This is the foundation of our salvation in Christ; Being joined with Him in His death... Being set free from sin is why Christ came and died...To bring freedom to the captives... And we are all captives to sin until Christ frees us from ourselves, which is the sin factory that causes us to sin whether we understand this truth or not...Sin is that which separates us from God’s blessing in life..Getting rid of sin in our life’s is the purpose of this trump card...

Christ died on the cross for us but even more, He took us to death with Him on the cross... This being crucified with Christ on the cross with Him is the action that frees us from all that would cause us to sin...This action is done in the heart by faith on a moment by moment basis...This reckoning ourselves dead to sin is the only path that will free one from themselves... For death is the only thing that can free one from themselves...This is the glory and greatness of our salvation in Christ...It is ever present to the heart that would choose to avail itself of this salvation... This choosing to be dead in Christ by faith, once seen as the way forward to walk in newness of life, is a remedy always at hand on a moments notice... Is equally effective in both large and small situations... Because Christ is always there ready to manifest righteousness in any and every situation, if our wills are set aside and He is trusted to manifest righteousness in the ever present now...For the manifestation of righteousness in the ever present now is that which frees one from sin, but even more it brings Christ in and with Him comes the joy and peace that always follows the doing of His will, which is always the manifestation of righteousness...

Our salvation in Christ is absolute and complete, it needs nothing more but to be received by the faith of the heart turned towards it....

When Jesus died, we died, are not just empty words but do contain the true path forward to the walking in newness of life... For if one is not walking in newness of life one is not walking in all the salvation that is available to them at any and every moment of time...

For of a very truth to the degree one reckons themselves dead to sin and alive unto God to that degree can and will they walk in newness of life...

This trump card is a trump card that is unfailing, it can and will never ever fail even in the smallest degree to the heart that by faith would lay hold of it.. Once seen and tasted as God’s way forward the joy and peace of Christ is tasted in the heart and the heart has tasted it’s salvation and it jumps for joy like never before... And the more and longer and more experience the heart has with it’s salvation in Christ the greater and greater it’s joy becomes...

Then the glory and greatness of this truth is known, if it’s me it’s sin, if it’s Christ it’s not...

Be blessed all in the receiving of such truth and joy...

Once God told me that He had finished circumcising my heart, He started talking to me about reckoning myself dead, as was stated in the prior post. For me to get to this point took me taking up my cross on a daily basis for 18 years. The carnal nature still exists in me though now God can move freely through me. I had a bitter root from the womb, that could be the difference.
Do you know when you remove the inside seal on say a jar of peanut butter and a bit of the seal is still stuck to the rim of the jar? I see the remnant of the old nature like this in me. As I walk in repentance through the Lord's work in me, my cross is always handy.
Act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God. This is what the Lord requires from us. Shalom.

It does sound like someone is being taught from above...Keep listen to the Spirit that He has made to dwell in you and you most assuredly will get your abundant welcome...

Be so blessed in the growing and learning of Him...
