Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. 2And when He had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterward He was hungry. 3Now when the tempter came to Him, he said, “If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.”

4But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’ ”

5Then the devil took Him up into the holy city, set Him on the pinnacle of the temple, 6and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down. For it is written:

‘He shall give His angels charge over you,’
and,

‘In their hands they shall bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone.’ ”
7Jesus said to him, “It is written again, ‘You shall not tempt the Lord your God.’ ”

8Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. 9And he said to Him, “All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.”

10Then Jesus said to him,Away with you, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve.’ ”

11Then the devil left Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him.
"Demon" is typically defined as a fallen angel, but Satan (a.k.a. the Devil) is not an angel, rather he is a Cherub (Ezekiel 28:14).

SAME evil spirits that by which Jesus was tempted.

Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, 15and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. 16For indeed He does not give aid to angels, but He does give aid to the seed of Abraham. 17Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people. 18For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.

I would say the temptation of Jesus was a very special case. The Bible indicates that Christian temptation can be self-induced (James 1:13-14).

And so is

Hebrews 11:13
All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth.

8 verses later and Enoch was one of the "All these people"
o. "According to faith all these died" ("all these that died did so in faith").

o. "By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death" (Hebrews 11:5)

o. Believers look for a resurrection, and eventually for a new heavens and earth (Revelation, chapters 21,22).

I said "tempt"

Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. 13Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. 14But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. 15Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.
I do not see anything about demons there.

Marty Fox cited:

<it's what the Bible said>

The Bible indicates that everyone dies, it does not indicate that Enoch and Elijah have died yet. But they will, see Revelation 11:3-13, God's two faithful soldiers.
