[Eze 36:24 KJV] 24 For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.
The new covenant wont be enacted until Israel is in all the promised land
[Jer 31:34 KJV] 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
Romans 11
26 And so all Israel shall be saved; as it is written, "There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob.
27
For this is My covenant with them, when I have taken away their sins."
There is only one sacrifice for sins ushering in the New Covenant, which occurs only once in all time. And it's happened.
Matthew 26
28 For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many
for the remission of sins.
The forgiveness of sins is central to the blood of the New Covenant:
Jeremiah 31
33 but this shall be the covenant that I will cut with the house of Israel: After those days, says the LORD, I will put My law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.
34 And they shall no more teach each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, Know the LORD; for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the LORD.
For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sins no more.
This is why Paul wrote that those Jews who have been broken off from having a covenant-relationship with God through their unbelief in Jesus, will be
grafted into Israel again if they repent of their unbelief:
Romans 11
23 And those also, if they do not continue in unbelief, will be grafted in. For God is able to graft them in
again.
A Gentile who turns from unbelief to faith in Christ is
grafted in. A Jew who
likewise repents is grafted in
again.
The rest are broken off and wandering in a wilderness in unbelief.
The New Covenant
has been made and will not be made again. The Jew who does not believe needs to be
grafted into it.
