God is sovereign only within his holy, just, righteous nature.

God cannot and will not sin against his law, nor will he sin against others. You want to believe that God is a lying sinner. Big surprise for you in the judgment. You have embraced a false demonic religion.
Ah, Robert Pate, welcome to the theological comedy club where we dance through the intricacies of Calvinism with a touch of humor. Your thoughts on God's sovereignty within His holy, just, and righteous nature echo like the comedic overture of divine orchestration. Let's waltz through the Arminian errors with a Calvinistic twist!

Now, in the Calvinist ballroom, the dance of predestination takes center stage. Calvin, the maestro of divine mystery, unravels the script in Institutes, Book III, Chapter 23, emphasizing God's sovereign right to choose. It's like a theological Broadway show where God's election becomes the grand finale.

To counter the Arminian notion of free will, Calvinists often bring out Romans 9:16, a theological mic drop that echoes through the cosmic comedy. The divine punchline? Salvation doesn't depend on human will but on God who shows mercy. It's a comedic plot twist that keeps the audience on the edge of their theological seats!

So, Robert Pate, your concern about embracing a false demonic religion is like a dramatic twist in the Calvinistic storyline. In this cosmic comedy, let's continue the theological dance, finding joy in the divine punchlines of Calvinistic wisdom. After all, in this grand performance, God's sovereignty remains the divine choreographer of salvation's dance!

Well scripture shows us much on this....

John 15:26 "But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:"

John 16:13 "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come."

Genesis 1:2 "And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters."

Matthew 28:19 "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:"

Matthew 12:31-32 "Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come."

Ephesians 4:30 "And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption."

1 Corinthians 2:10 "But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God."

John 3:5 "Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God."

Ephesians 1:13 "In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise."

Revelation 2:7 "He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches."

John 14:16 "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever."

Hebrews 10:29 "Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?"

Acts 5:3-4 "But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God."

Acts 5:9 "Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out."

John 16:7-8 "Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment."

Acts 13:2-4 "As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them. . . So they, being sent forth by the Holy Ghost, departed unto Seleucia; and from thence they sailed to Cyprus."

Acts 15:28 "For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;"

2 Peter 1:21 "For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost."

Romans 8:26-27 "Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God."

And notice that the Spirit has its own will and person...
Genesis 1:2 - He 'was hovering over the face of the waters'.
Genesis 6:3 - He strives with sinners.
Isaiah 48:13 - He can be informed, as by a counselor.
Matthew 1:18, 28 - Jesus conceived by the Spirit (also Luke 1:35).
Matthew 12:31-32 - He can be blasphemed (also Luke 12:18).
Acts 5:3,4 - He can be lied to.
Acts 7:51 - He can be resisted.
Acts 13:2 - He uses the first-Person pronouns 'Me' and 'I'.
Ephesians 4:39 - He can be grieved.
The Spirit distributes gifts to Christians 'as He wills' (1 Corinthians 12:11)

It is a big mistake to allow the writings of men to dictate what we believe. The apostles were led by the Holy Spirit when they wrote the Bible. If you are going to believe the writings of men like John Calvin, who had a questionable reputation, then you should throw your Bible in the trash and accept your fate.

All, the Reformers made mistakes, they were men, and Calvin had his many missteps and ideas on predestination. Martin Luther and Zwingli rejected the Catholic dogma of transubstantiation, but they were deeply divided over the answer to the question “how then is Christ present”, which led them to different paths. The devil is very good when it comes to creating confusion with his deceptions and disunity among the brethren..

The Bible teaches that Christ is present in the Holy Spirit. Not in wafers and grape juice. Those that disagreed were not brethren.

Robert Pate laying down the truth like a biblical boss! According to Pate, Christ is present in the Holy Spirit, not in wafers and grape juice. It's like a divine mic drop, settling the communion debate. #HolySpiritPresence #BiblicalWisdom

That is a statement that I might teach to my 5th grade Sunday school class. Mature Christians know that the Holy Spirit is not present in grape juice and wafers.

Ah, Pate, the biblical boss with a dose of Sunday school wisdom! Calvin, in his Institutes of Religion, might nod approvingly: "Verily, mature Christians discern the Holy Spirit's presence not in grape juice and wafers but in the sacred communion of believers."

In the cosmic dance of theological banter, let's tango through the tapestry of communion truths. Calvin might chime in, "The divine reality transcends the earthly elements – for Christ's presence dwells in the hearts of believers, not confined to mere symbols."

Now, about that 5th-grade Sunday school statement – a theological gem! Calvin might add a touch of his wisdom, "Teaching the profound truth that Christ's presence is spiritual, not confined to physical elements, is like nurturing young minds in the garden of biblical understanding."

So, Pate, let the biblical wisdom flow, and may the dance of theological ponderings continue in the celestial ballroom of divine truths. #BiblicalBanter #CommunionWisdom

Ah, Pate, the comedic provocateur, diving into the archives of history with a splash of controversy! Your mention of "The Recorded Atrocities of John Calvin" has us tiptoeing through the annals of theological drama. Now, let's embark on a Calvinistic journey through this historical tapestry.

In the grand ballroom of theological banter, Calvin might quip, "Verily, the dance of history often features exaggerated steps and embellished moves." As we waltz through the Institutes of the Christian Religion, Calvin's magnum opus, we encounter his theological foundations, a dance of divine sovereignty and predestination.

Now, about those recorded atrocities – Calvin might interject, "Let us not be swayed by the cacophony of historical critiques, for truth often pirouettes through the pages of biased accounts." As we consult Calvin's writings, the dance continues, revealing a complex figure entwined in the historical tapestry.

As for the demonic mentor jest, Calvin might respond with a celestial chuckle, "Ah, the theatrics of historical narratives! Let us not forget that in the grand cosmic drama, even the accusers may don masks of bias and selective storytelling."

So, Pate, in this theological dance, let's not be entangled in the web of historical skirmishes. Instead, let the comedic banter continue, guided by the whimsical rhythm of theological inquiry. After all, in the cosmic dance of ideas, every step reveals a new facet of the theological tapestry! #CalvinisticComedy #HistoricalBanter

Ah, Pate, the dance of historical accusations! Let's pirouette through this theological tango with a Calvinistic twist.

Quoting Calvin's rhythmic response, he might playfully declare, "Ah, the stakes were high in the historical bonfire of opinions. But let us not be consumed by the fiery tales, for in the grand ballroom of theological discourse, every narrative takes a spin."

As for the demonic mentor banter, Calvin could jest, "Burnings at the stake? A historical flamenco, indeed! But let us not be swayed by the sizzling theatrics. In the cosmic ballet of theological discussions, every character has its cue."

Now, about those recorded atrocities – Calvin might add, "Let's not let the echo of historical waltzes distort the melodies of truth. After all, even the dance of history may have some missteps and dramatic embellishments."

So, Pate, in this theological dance-off, let's twirl through the complexities of history without tripping on the flamboyant steps of biased narratives. After all, the cosmic comedy of theological banter invites us to find humor even in the dance of controversial figures. #CalvinisticBanter #HistoricalTwist

When people use names, places and dates as to when something happened, I tend to believe them. Especially when they sign it with their own name.

Ah, Pate, your commitment to historical accuracy is duly noted. In the ballroom of theological discourse, where each step in the dance is scrutinized, your emphasis on names, places, and dates as credible markers is indeed commendable.
As Calvin and I twirl through the theological tango, acknowledging the weight of historical accounts, let's strive for a harmonious blend of discernment and humor. Your inclination to believe narratives when backed by such concrete details is a valuable perspective, adding a layer of authenticity to the dance.
In this cosmic ballet of theological discussions, let the rhythm of scrutiny and appreciation guide our steps. The echoes of historical waltzes may resonate differently for each dancer, but together, we navigate the complexities with a shared commitment to truth. #HistoricalAccuracy #TheologicalDance

Jesus said the Holy Spirit would NOT speak of Himself, but would only speak that which He hears

John 16:13
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
