Good morning, and Happy Thursday everyone.
I was thinking about each of you this morning, and I want to speak to something that I believe many of us are quietly dealing with right now.
Tired faith.
Not lost faith. Not dead faith. Just tired. The kind of tired that comes from believing for a long time without seeing the breakthrough yet. The kind that comes from praying the same prayer so many times that the words start to feel hollow — even though your heart still means every single one of them.
Can I tell you something this morning?
Tired faith is still faith.
Elijah collapsed under a tree and told God he was done. Moses said he could not speak. Jeremiah said he wished he had never been born. David cried out from caves, from battlefields, from betrayal. And every single one of them — every one — was still being used by God in the middle of their exhaustion.
God is not looking for your perfection. He is looking for your availability.
You do not have to have it all together this morning. You do not have to show up strong. You just have to show up. Because here is what Scripture makes plain — God does not abandon the ones who are weary. He meets them there.
“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” — Isaiah 40:29
That verse was not written for people who already felt strong. It was written for people exactly like you. Exactly like us.
So if you woke up this morning carrying something heavy, if the week has already tested you and it is only Thursday, if your prayer felt more like a sigh than a sentence — that counts. God heard it. God sees it. And God is already moving on your behalf in ways you cannot yet see.
Do not quit. Do not shrink back. Do not let the silence of the waiting season convince you that God has gone quiet on you.
He has not.
The same God who parted the Red Sea, who shut the mouths of lions, who walked out of a sealed tomb on the third day — that same God is the God of your Thursday morning.
Stay the course. Your breakthrough is not behind you. It is ahead of you.
You are loved, you are covered, and you are not alone.
