We are a doomed race, for sure......I gotta say, I really didn’t imagine the Biblical plagues were going to completely caused by human ignorance.

I hadn't seen that Helen, that's just rediculous - glad they don't have them in Brighton !
I wondered , just for a moment , about the women who often need the Loo far more than the men ( especially when we get older !!) Then I remembered, we would not want to go out in the public !!!!
Stupid, and definately going backwards !

@Pearl @charity - have they got these where you live, not sure where you are in the UK Charity, Pearl is ' up north ' !

I still suffer from a lung condition due to having measles as a child in the days when vaccines weren't readily available.

I just looked on the Internet and apparantly they have them in Paris as well - and it's to actually stop men from using the sides of buildings and just urinating where ever they choose- so it is to deal with the bad habits of men, this would also explain why women have not been provided with them.
So this is to stop bad habits !
Although I do not agree with where they are, perhaps they are a good idea if placed in discrete places , the problem does need to be resolved !

These diseases only spread in unvaccinated pockets of the population.
