All things are possible with God. I wouldn't judge anyone for succumbing to the flesh in a situation such as you have described, but I know that wouldn't be God's ideal......and I sure don't believe we should plan ahead to be in the flesh, do you?

I understand migration. I understand why people want to leave places of oppression to find a place they can be free to live without fear.
There is however a registration process, set up by the law of the land. That is to say, The American Citizens creation of a set of laws in which we agree to live by. The consent of the governed.
Migration should be a temporary status. And if you agree to the laws of the land as established, then you can apply for citizenship.
Some migrants come for temporary economic support, and they work to send money home to their homeland.
Usually because the living standards from which they come are not favorable to living a healthy life.
Too much migration can have a negative impact on the citizens themselves. Reducing jobs for those who would also benefit from having them.
And so we have a quota, we issue temporary green cards which allows the legal flow of migration to and from their country of origin.
We have lived with this system a long time, and for the most part it has worked, except the unequal wages between migrants and citizens.
Everyone should earn the same wage for the same job regardless of legal status.
And then you have the issue with taxation.
I believe if we eliminated income tax that would solve a lot of problems.
There are many other ways for the government of the country to raise money for the citizens as well as to provide certain amenities to those who come on temporary work permits.

However, I do not believe that non-citizens, or temporary migrants, or even those with dual citizenship should have the right to decide our countries laws which we set up for ourselves to be governed by.
Those Rights and those Laws belong to We the People, the Citizens of the United States.

And only Citizens of the U.S should hold any office which determines how those laws should be applied. Federally or by State or local governments.

At no time should there be Foreigners determining the Legislature, the Judicial, or the Executive Branches.

We need to fix this.
