Independent sources if possible. I wouldn't trust a Fox News poll either. But really, polls are unreliable regardless of where you find them because of a potential bias.

In general, I think most Americans are war weary. That being said, if you ask Americans if it's a good idea to let Iran have nuclear weapons, they'll most certainly say no.

So the ultimate opinion on this is "I don't want Iran to have WMD's, but I also don't want war." The problem with this opinion is that it ignores the reality of how you stop Iran from getting those weapons. Strongly worded letters aren't going to get it done.
