Two Gospels

Why is it that God used human beings to bring his message. Why would he not use an angel or some other way to bring forth what it was to be said to humanity. For those in grace he wanted humans to bring forth Christ and he would use men to bring the message. In the Old Testament he used men because he would show that a imperfect human being can and will be used of God. Now Moses was God's choice for bringing into the earth a message that would extent through most of the Old Testament. Moses was a man that has quite a back ground. A natural Hebrew by birth (though he didn't know it) and God was going to call Moses out of a burning bush and speak to him and give him a message in time (gospel). The message Moses had for humanity was going to be called the ten commandments. In those ten commandments you find the first gospel ever presented to humanity as a savior. If you do this (keep the law) this is what I will do (take care of Israel) and we will have a relationship and you will be saved or live an earth life full of life, happiness, prosperity, some form of union and oneness.

When God is changing things like; how he deals with humanity at a particular time he will use a man, a human to give the message to. It just does not roll in casually from some out of the blue place. You will be able to go to scripture and pin point exactly what God did with a certain man at a certain time. You can recognize the change and you can see the man he used, they are not obscure in scripture they will stand out.
Look at Moses calling and message.
Look at Paul's calling and message.
They do not look much different from each other, they both stand out in scripture like no one else because God is changing things and wants it known.

I never understood the thinking of some believers that God is hiding from us and we need to look for him like a game of hid and seek. Or more so the thinking that God never reveals himself always off in the shadows. You have to watch your knowledge of good and evil (mind training) because it is a tricky little devil that will play games with you. I have heard some say "well I don't have that knowledge anymore I have a new knowledge." That may be true that you have areas of your mind that are absultely renewed to Christ but you will live with the knowledge of good and evil all the days of your life. The mind is to vast and has retained to much knowledge for you to ever shake completely the first teacher it had. I know we don't want to think in terms like that but if you do not you are being tricked into some wild idea that you may be God's gift to mankind. Though you may be God's gift to mankind you still cannot allow ego to rule your little world. It is all head games because humanity is the weakest creature in exsistence because of the fallen nature.

What is knowledge? Knowledge is like gasoline on a fire. That can be good or that can be bad. You ever deal with the highly educated, most have a god complex. They feel if God ever needed to take a vacation they could step in take over for awhile. It is just a superior feeling they get from having more knowledge than their peers. I'm not knocking education, education is powerful tool for the kingdom motivated in the right direction. Paul was highly educated but came to see that it is all dung in view of God's message (new knowledge). What is new knowledge? New knowledge is the knowledge the Lord possesses, it is his knowledge. Do you know what the wisdom of the Lord is? It is his wisdom, a new knowledge is Christ knowledge in you, the mind of Christ. He just doesn't impart wisdom to me he is my wisdom. My wisdom is a person.

What did Paul preach? He preached a person, and he preached that person was in every born again believer. When he described Christ in him, he described that as the gospel, Galatians 1:11-12.

11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. - Galatians 1:11-12.

This gospel cannot be taught it has to be revealed.

In the O.T. Moses was told to build the Tabernacle of badger skines (type and shadow of Christ Himself). They enter into the gates and come to.....

1. Altar of sacrifice (Death)
2. Laver filled with water (Burial: wash that ye die not - Exodus 30:20)
3. Enter inside (Resurrection/Holy Spirit)

The N.T. gives the same "gospel" beginning with the birth of the N.T. Church...

Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them,

1. Repent,
2. and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and
3. ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call (Acts 2:39).

correct only God, the Lord Jesus can reveal his word to man.

and two, it was man fall that needs redeeming, not God nor any of the holy angels.

well he spoke to moses FACE to FACE. and he used dreams, and visions, in which he lifted Ezekiel off the grouind, and he appeared unto Abraham. but the prophet said it best by God, Hosea 12:10 "I have also spoken by the prophets, and I have multiplied visions, and used similitudes, by the ministry of the prophets."

then God, himself, came in flesh... personal, he, God manifested himself in flesh, Hebrews 1:1 "God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,"

True, that's why as you said, "we must be re-newed in our minds", because our minds are the bottomless pit where the lies of the evil one takes place. see, we need foundation, and a bottomless pit/brain that has no foundation...
