What seems very apparent is that most see things from their own view. But in this case of understanding what the Lord says and does is from His view where He is where He stands or sets.
There’s the old adage of can’t see the forest for the trees. Though its applied in many ways the point is many see things where they are and try to reason or understand what the Lord God says from where they are. And the Almighty speaks and does from where He is, and not from where you are. to you where you are, but not from where you are.
For example, Jesus was telling the Israelites about the Kingdom of God and they where thinking in many cases the kingdom of Israel and did not understand from their own perspective.
Paul teaches that we should take on the mind of Christ therefore think as the Lord does and do as the Lord does. Since the born again have a Father in Heaven then surly the child is to think and do as the Father does, like unto his Father, and that is most defiantly not as men do, and not of one own view. Therefore, one’s own views in the case of salvation and what is to be thought, and the Kingdom itself is irrelevant, and none productive. God’s views, thoughts and doing are relevant at all times. 24/7 if you like.
Its been said that Leviticus separates the goats from the sheep, and that may be a good analogy considering God does almost all the talking in that book.
