The reading is from 2 Timothy and is this passage starting at verse 2: -
Verse 3 is the warning where it talks about "they will heap up for themselves teachers;". What Paul is saying is that the Saints will fall away not enduring sound teaching and will accumulate teachers for themselves who will satisfy their itching ears.
2 Tim 4:1-5: - Preach the Word
4:1 I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom: 2 Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth and be turned aside to fables. 5 But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

I had a dream a long time ago (which has stayed with me, all these years) where I was flying above the ocean and could see the shore and there was a Ferris wheel of ten vessels floating above the water.
I believed there would be a time when I understood this dream and I realised looking at the dream in the OP, that a time where I was at peace would come and the dream would be a sign to me that I would understand peace on Earth.
