This is FULFILLED PROPHECY! It is NOT to be fulfilled again! It is a recorded HISTORY now that Nebuchadnezzar (Nebuchadrezzar) conquered the known world in his day! ALL of these nations to which Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) is referring have LONG AGO been conquered! Most of them are now dead civilizations and Bavel (Babylon) itself is in ruins!

You are half right. Jeremiah 25:1-12 is fullfilled prophecy.

But Jeremiah 25:13-38 is to all the nations after Babylon who would serve themselves of Israel!

12 And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the Lord, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations.
