WEIRD ASTEROID: Today, NASA radars are trained on a tiny asteroid named 6R10DB9 making a close (270,000 km) approach to Earth. Only 4 meters wide, 6R10DB9 is currently orbiting our planet as a temporary satellite. The object is so small that solar radiation pressure is perturbing its motion, and it should return to solar orbit later in the summer. The origin of this object is unknown; it may be a piece of the Moon itself broken off by an lunar asteroid impactThis is intersting because if the Solar wind pressure causes this Astroid to move out of its normal orbit it could get drawn into earths gravity field.well to make things a little more interesting we are entering a solar wind stearm today (the cause of Northern lights) if its a strong wind an pushs this thing toward us uhmmm! I believe 4 meters is a little over 13 feet so its not huge but if it hit us it could do some damage or if it hit the ocean could cause a tsunami
