A personal story that took place over my last 40 years ...its about I boy I never spoke to, he probably didn't know I existed... had been thinking about him or praying for him... how his life progressed... and the REVELATION the Lord gave me about him...2 Corinthians12:9-10 KJV/NKJV

This is a very powerful story that brought tears to my eyes.

This is for all the other Arthurs out there.

I pray this blesses you.

God bless.

Thank you Trumpeter! I enjoyed that.

But I do have another outlook on that story.

We see this type of fleshly behavior in the media and facebook gossip columns all the time. And man wonder's why children shoot up schools and evil prevails. People do not know the evil they do when they bully and torment, slander, belittle others. That is why God warns us about the power of the tongue how we curse or bless other's with what we say about them.

Truly this is just a story about all of us, for we have all overcome obstacles in our life, we all have sinned, and we all do good as well, While it did lead Arthur to a life of drugs and alcohol to fit in with the evil doers to be accepted, he was not bitter and the good was also there to save the people. But in reality we all have learned good and evil... it is the evil we must resist to really be good people.

Their flesh may have been saved that day, but what of their souls?

I agree with you faithful.

As for their souls, only The Lord knows the answer to that.

Perhaps that brush with death and Arthur losing his life caused some to turn to God or maybe in the future this will happen.

2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning [His] promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
