What Is Important to You to Do before You're Gone?

I'm mostly still thinking but I thought I'd ask. Here's what I have so far

1. Not have a bunch of stuff.
I'd hate to think about a life spent collecting clothes or shoes only for it to burden my family as a big task to sort through when Im gone.

2. Be at peace with everyone I know as far as it depends on me.

3. Overcome sin. Love my enemies. Live a Spirit-Empowered life.

4. Imparted my children with the fear and knowledge of the Lord.

5. Have done good to my husband all his days.

6. Complete my emergency binder with relevant information and last wishes.

For me it's to stop worrying, stop and smell the roses, and know that everything will be ok.

Lived a life that pointed ONLY TO THE CHRIST JESUS OF GOD .
There simply is no other reason for our remaining here after being saved .
Now to the trenches one and all .
And Guess what , Lord willing in nine days and a wake up we arrive at the twenty fifth day of May .
Our sister is
not forgotten .

For me its a continious aim to become more like Christ. There is always something I can do or have fallen short. I don't think this ever stops and we are always looking to rid ourselves of shortfalls that are a impediment to being more like Christ.

I have done just about everything in my life as far as work and career and now I am to be of full service to God in all I do including my occuptation. Though I am aiming to do a project to get myself a campervan so I can travel. But this is so I can meet people to share the gospel.

I volunteer at a homeless hub and also run a music group. I see this as a way to be in the heart of where people need God and to share God saves lives. I use music as a form of sharing how God can change and save lives and that Christ is the answer to lifes problems.

But the days of worrying about material wealth and making money are over and I seek more meaning in life. Which is trusting in God to lead the way.

Have you all looked at "Salvation Through Our Lord Yeshua Ha Mashiach" The only reason I'm asking you all this is that His answers only matter for salvation. TO finish the race .
Let us just remember this race is not about HOW broad we can make the road to GOD .
Its rather about following JESUS , preaching HIM , HIS gospel and all things HE taught .
And not compromising Any of HIS words .
Many have not yet BEGAN to run that race . For they have not began to truly FOLLOW THAT CHRIST .
Many follow another jesus not THE JESUS .
SO i suggest WE all , me , you and everyone who reads this reminder, TO GET back into the BIBLE
and start learning and being refreshed daily BY THE TRUTH .

Before I die, I want to be absolutely sure that I am a saved, born again Christian.

I do not want to rely on some prayer I prayed as a teenager when I first had the gospel explained to me.

I know the Bible verses on salvation, but I examine myself to see if Jesus is really my Lord. I ask myself if I obey Him, do I love Christ more than anything else?

In the beginning of my Christian life, I know I was sincere and enthusiastic. But after a while, I drifted away, assuming that I had a ticket to heaven in my back pocket. I got more worldly and fell into some bad habits, got obsessed with music and other things. I thank God for protecting me while I was backsliding.

At this point, I think I am doing pretty good spiritually, but I keep trying to improve.
