I like my carrots completely burn't. Yummy! They taste delicious burn't :stageright:
This is the easiest way to get the SPD kids to eat vegetables.

Slices of cabbage, chickpeas, or kale with oil and salt. Make them dark in the air fryer and the picky kids who love potato chips will love them.

We also love yachaejeon (Korean vegetable pancakes) on occasion.
Yachaejeon is terrific. And speaking of Korean-style veggies...

Kimchi.

Unfortunately, I can only get these in restaurants.

I love all of these. I make kimchi time to time. I have one napa cabbage growing, taking forever, but head cabbage and coleslaw mix also work.

Cucumber kimchi is the best!
