What is the point you are making with regard to James? Hope you aren't saying that what he wrote is not true for and doesn't apply to Gentile believers...? There is only one new covenant for both Jew and Gentile, one and the same gospel. The Israel of God, which Gentile believes are part of, has 'tribes', but not according to the flesh, it is more according to spiritual gifts and callings. As there were twelve tribes of Israel according to the flesh so does that number twelve speak of the NEW Jerusalem and its sealed saints, which believing Gentiles are part of....see Revelation.
