When did God create the angels?

I'm interested because of the paranormal activity occurring around lately. Dark beings, but nothing to be messed with. I don't know how one can be an atheist and attack boards like this when objects get levitated and whatnot. What do they suppose that is? If there's demons, then there's probably a God. But you'll never find an atheist where there's a haunting. All I have to say is I'm glad I at least have brown carpets.

Update:For the past month things have changed. I just do not understand it. That thing was so dark. A chair hit me today and I guess I'm a little dazed. I need to take a break for a few days, maybe get out of the house.

However, because another function of angels is to worship God around His throne (Revelation 5:11-14), they must have been in existence millions of years—as we reckon time—before God created the world, worshipping Him and serving Him.So, although the Bible does not specifically say when God created the angels, it was sometime before the world was created.
The subject of angels can run deep and is very interesting. I agree they were created before man like you say. Not sure about the millions of years you mentioned because I think they are eternal and time is not an issue for them.My favorite verse you quoted from Hebrews gives us a good understanding that they "minister to us who are saved" . When we are all done on this planet I think we will be pleasantly surprised at how much they helped us during our earth life.It has been a few years since I studied the Angels but loosely and in my own words I came to understand that something went wrong first in the angelic realm . Then after man was created , the angels , both holy and fallen have been "competing" for influence over us ever since. It is almost like we are pawns influenced by the angels in God's scheme of things. I don't like my choice of words here but that is generally how I understand it.For sure the (Holy) Angels rejoice when we come to Christ , and for sure we will all sit in judgment of the Angels .... wow ... think about that. You are right about the rebellion of the Angels it was caused by Lucifer/Satan being filled with pride and wanting to be God put his throne above Gods he still wants this ...We call this the first earth age ..(there were not flesh humans in the first earth Age ...but our souls/spirit bodies existed its where God foreknew us from ... Some of us followed Satan in his rebellion..rather than kill his children God decided to make us all flesh once to chose of our own free will if we will love and follow him ...This is why Satan/Devil was attacking from the begining in the garden he was trying destroy the Blood line of which Christ would come ... Knowing this (Christ )would cause his end....

My post seems to contradict the book of Revelations but it doesn't, Satan is referred to as a woman in these verses.Revelation 14:4 ESV It is these who have not defiled themselves with women, for they are virgins. If you had read my post Tom you would see where I said they were created.You would also read where I stated comments that were 'loosely in my own words'. My point was that time is not an issue for angels as something was mentioned about millions of years between angels and man.Furthermore , the angels , Holy and fallen, are now here for eternity. So are we , saved and unsaved. We will be in one place or another for time without end.Eternal life or Eternal punishment.

Now this is an interesting and purely academic question. I will have to reread the book of Enoch to see if there is any hint as to the time. We can be sure it was before God created the finite and material world we are a temporary part of since we know the sons of God were present at the creation of our 'universe'.
