addressing the OP. so many good scripture quoted, but yet no understanding. yes the "us", and the "our" is God, but God is a plurality of himself. not a separate "another" of himself, but an equal share of himself in flesh that was to come. man is God image, and to make an image, a source first had to exist. and that source is God in flesh that was to come. this is the plurality of God, God in flesh. the scripture was quoted, 9 "Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?". the Lord Jesus is the "ANOTHER" of God himself shared in flesh. Am I saying it's two Gods? NO, only one person, diversified in flesh that which was to come. scripture, Romans 5:14 "Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come". here, the word "figure" is G5179 τύπος tupos, meaning fashion, figure, or form just as Phil 2:7 & 8 states. that "WHICH WAS TO COME" was the image God was referring to in Genesis 1:26. because another word for "image" is Form, fashion and figure. it's so easy to understand.
