Because we all have sin natures and itching ears.

Anything that can feed the ego is a big lure that humans love to follow. Plus it being the last days it is going to gbet worse and worse.

At times every christian is overcome by a sin that so easily besets them. That is what forgiveness and the blood is all about!

8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

this is not a license to sin, but the reality that while we live in these bodies and minds of sin and death we will fail and fall short at times.

Hobie, you must have the Catholic concept of forgiveness. It is not some on-again-off-again condition needing to be renewed at each incident of the child of God committing another sin. Forgiveness is a state of being for the one who has been saved. Paul refers to that as having been justified and being declared righteous. The forgiven one is not still in sin and iniquity even though he does continue to sin. But, hopefully, in his life of sanctification he grows closer to God and sins less and less; never to become completely free from sinning, but becoming better.

Because the sabbath is not observed just a few decades ago you could not work or do business on the sabbath only those deemed necessary worked.The drive for profit stopped the observance. Today the sabbath is just like any other day if you don't believe in God and many do not have the time for church with everything going on.The world can not go back now greed and money have finished it for good.I miss those days.

In my country on April 24 1985 in what was called the Big M drug mark case the court stuck down the Lord's day Act on the grounds that it contravened the freedom of religion and conscience provision in the charter of rights.It came from England who in the 17th century put it in place.In the USA it think it was called the Blue Law and I think is still in place in some areas.Its a Law from the 1600s.
Poland is the last hold out.

In the faith I have I will not work Sundays its a commandment breaking it is serious business.Its the law of God.Its not up to me to decide what day the sabbath is I just follow it and its always been Sunday.I watched Ted Armstrong all the time when I was young we only had 3 channels I didn't buy into his Saturday sabbath

And i want you to really think , ponder and to pray about this reminder i will give to us .
For it is a testimony of What the living and one true GOD did to me and for me .
Yes it was by grace my friend.
The GOD who changes not but is the same forever
DO change a HEART . the human heart . Of course i am not speaking about the physcial thing that beats in our chest
Me speaks of the inner man the new mind , the new heart . Given BY GOD and it cometh not BY THE FLESH .
But BY The grace of GOD .
I bet right now you do agree . What i have written thus far you do agree with .
But what i write next might puzzle you . BUT YOU PRAY about it . You pray .
The day long ago in question that i speak of occured on may thirtieth of two thousand and six.
Now i had long heard about the gospel and etc .
I had me head knowledge . But darn my heart was far from him . OH i was a devil my friend .
BUT to most today in the church i would have been seen as perhaps the love angel of GOD . BUT I WAS A DEVIL .
I say that for reason . But lets get back to the point again .
GOD caused a stirring in me that day . HE drew me , HE reached into my conscious
and a desire to GO after HIM was given .
Did you know that even when the lady came to get me , the one i was to go to the lake and COMMIT fornication with
came and drove me to the lake . I had zero desire for that . I was HUNGRY NOW for GOD .
we parted ways and i never looked back . Dont think me a saint , IT was another mans wife . YEAH YOU looking at a devil
my friend . And that was not the worst of my sins either .
BUT on that day A CHANGE , A NEW DESIRE had came . ONE TO KNOW GOD , SUCH A LOVE FOR TRUTH upon my heart .
AND into ONE BOOK i went for hours daily , every day ever since .
SO now i leave us with a question .
HOW COME after THAT DAY
when i would turn on TBN , it left me empty , BUT BIBLE LEFT ME FAT AND HAPPY EVERY TIME I READ IT
so hungry for it i could not put it down .
AND HOW COME when i read all these books that so many in churches NOW LOVE
DID THEY leave me so darn empty and YET BIBLE LEFT ME FAT AND HAPPY .
Now them books do include RICKY the warren and his purpose driven dung pile .
And how come , hungry as i was for fellowship with others
and i went to churches , was i so darn lifted up during praise time
BUT SO darn empty during sermon time . BUT BIBLE TIME always HAPPY and always FULLFILLED .
NOW i do know the answers to these questions . NOW I DO . Cause THEMS FALSE books
and wordly sermons i was listening too . BUT BIBLE , ALWAYS HAPPY , ALWAYS FUFILLED.
HOW COME . cause when GOD draws one HE draws them TO HIM , TO HIS CHRIST , TO HIS TRUTH
AND THE LOVE THEY HAVE IS FOR HIS WORDS and not twisted junk . this is a plain fact .
And i am not judging anyone , I am just stating a plain fact .

I am wore out with what i am and have been seeing within a LOT of christendom .
ALWAYS jumping onto the next big THING , the next big book , the next big etc
BUT SURE DONT SEEM TO JUMP on that BIBLE . this is not looking good my friend . not at all .
Me thinks when i look at most of christendom , YOU KNOW WHO I SEE
THE OLD ME that could lip the gospel , BUT JUST DIDNT KNOW HIM AT ALL and embrace
what I wanted , NOT WHAT GOD WANTED .

I want YOU to pray to GOD about what i just wrote .
And ask HIM , is this man a devil , or is this man simply a man who loves the people and ONLY DESIRES good for them .
Also do pray and ask the LORD if there be in fault in me , hidden or etc that i myself might need to repent of my friend .
Cause i sure as heck never once said i was the perfect all knowing one . BUT what i am telling you all
has been the truth . IT truly is bible time again for us all .
By grace , by HIS grace , the only true grace , i have enjoyed and loved reading that book
every day for hours and with others too , for over eighteen years now . That aint to boast in me
BUT TO BOAST IN GOD who CHANGED MY HEART and gave me that NEW DESIRE .
WHO saved the worst of the worst and changed the heart of that man . PUT A NEW LOVE INTO MY heart HE DID .

All that happened to me in 1973.

The only difference is I am in a bible believing, bible preaching church with pastors that love God. so I love their messages, even if I do not agree with all things.
