You said--( their God who came as Christ)--- The JEWS weren't expecting God to come--They were expecting the Messiah to come--Gods appointed king( Daniel 7:13-15)--They were expecting a mighty king who would rid the istraelites of the romans and defeat them right then and there--They got a carpenters son. They looked down on the ( under teacher status ones) They called them Amharets( like giving table scraps to the dogs--these were spiritual table scraps they referred to)--A carpenters son correcting their many error teachings. They hated him.
Many things are hidden from those in darkness, maybe that is why Jesus didn't correct them on that matter.
A 100% guarantee--the first 30 years Jesus attended the synagogues he was taught--YHWH(Jehovah) a single being mono God. He didn't correct that either, because YHWH(Jehovah) = Father = THE ONLY TRUE GOD.-John 17:1-6--1 cor 8:6---Jesus' God--John 20:17, rev 3:12, 1 cor 15:24-28
