Its bad for business.

LoL. I'd hate to see another Cessationist debate start rearing its ugly head (too many of those lately as is). But there actually are prophecies that the saints will lay hands on hospitals and heal the entire building during the end-times. It is said of children, in fact.

I'd have to find the quote, but I believe it. Some would define that as wishful thinking, but Joel 2:28 suggests the outpouring will be extensive, and He will pour out His Spirit "upon all flesh," meaning on believers of all ages groups, from the youngest to oldest. What better way to make His power known than through children?

I believe it would be pretty big news if such events were occurring.

Timothy had serious stomach troubles....Paul told him to drink a little wine.....why did not Paul, who had raised a man from , just heal Timothy ? It seems that there may have been a time for miraculous healings and it ain’t now....

The media today isn't into reporting good news only hate.

You can't pass the blame on secular media. There are many churches who would have been very pleased to announce a person was raised from the dead. We do not see this nowadays.

I can and I did. And for your 411...many churches share their testimonies publicly.

Prove it.
You know, Satan tempted Jesus in this same manner....he said IF you are the Son of God.. .
And Jesus simply replied back...IT IS WRITTEN....Thou shalt not tempt the Lord Thy God.

typical response from Word of Faith folks. Can't offer any evidence only reply back "Don't tempt the Lord's anointed". Thank you for proving my point!

Smith Wigglesworth was invited to join a pastor in ministering to the bereaved after their father's death. Smith listened to the pastor praying for strength and a healthy grief for these mourners, when suddenly he interrupted the prayer, crying, "Lord, shut this guy up, shut him up!" When the pastor left, Smith repeatedly slammed the corpse against the wall, shouting for him to rise and walk in Jesus' name! The third time, the man perked up and was gloriously revived from death. He and Smith walked outside to the astonished amazement of the others. They don't make 'em like Smith Wigglesworth any more. He is certainly not to be imitated, but I don't think there has ever been a more powerful man of faith than him since the early 1900s. For more on his miracle-working ministry, read "The Apostle of Faith" or google his name and Youtube.

Typical response from a cessationists who never has any other answer.
Sister, I have no grudge against you or what you believe.
I could go all night trading one snide reply after another but that's what the enemy wants and I would rather be encouraging and lifting up one another than play this neverending back and forth script of sarcastic comments.
We all have enough to deal with in this world and coming here and spewing words of division and strife accomplishes nothing for His Glory. It does open doors for every form of evil to enter in and continue to keep the pot stirred.
I pray you will have a blessed night, a blessed tomorrow and a blessed life overflowing with His Love, Joy and Peace.
God Bless
