Why don't we see the promises of God in our life?

Because they only come when you mix them with FAITH to believe for them, only then can they manifest.

For instance:
If I join a fitness club and there are many benefits to my MEMBERSHIP and they are all WRITTEN in my CONTRACT.. but I never RECIEVE any of them. Is it because they weren't there for me to take advantage of even though that is what it SAYS..... Or is it because I never knew what they were because I thought so little of the CONTRACT to READ IT for MYSELF so I never ASKED for them expecting them to be legit rights of mine as a MEMBER, WHO'S DUES HAVE BEEN PAID?

When God says to take hold of His promises in His Word, He means to know what they are and begin speaking them as TRUTH and expecting them to manifest in your life because He is not a man that He should lie!
Take God at His Word/Christ and mix His Word with faith that it WILL come to pass if it is according to His Will/What is for our own good as it is written, so that from the spiritual it can begin to manifest in the natural so you shall have WHAT SO EVER YOU ASK in my Name(USING THE NAME OF JESUS WHEN WE COME TO THE FATHER IN PRAYER) God then sees US as Jesus, the Son He loves who is heirs of all.

Again, we are members of Christ's body, so we have membership, and we have been given authority to USE HIS NAME to REAP THE BENEFITS of our CONTRACT/COVENANT.
All you have to do is know what those benefits are and CASH IN ON THEM by mixing them with FAITH TO BELIEVE FOR THEM.

The Just shall live by Faith, Without Faith it is impossible to please God, FAITH without the works of us stepping out on His promises as IF you DO believe Him, IS DEAD FAITH.

We are a Covenant People people of the NEW COVENANT in Christ Jesus! Thereby all the rights and blessings of the covenant is open to us! We must access them by FAITH and the Word of God! Healing (physical, emotional, spiritual, wholistic), deliverance, peace, salvation, holiness, LOVE, power and ALL in Jesus these are our Covenant Rights! Yet many do not know the Covenant thus they are ignorant of their covenant rights and blessings in Christ Jesus!

"But as it is, Christ has obtained a ministry that is as much more excellent than the old as the covenant he mediates is better, since it is enacted on better promises." (Hebrews 8:6)

TRUE, we do have a better covenant for we have the Spirit to help us overcome, those of the old covenant did not have the helper living in them.

I am so guilty of this.

It's just so hard at times to believe that God has blessings for me.

I don't know why....


But I concur. We must have faith in Him. What else is there ?

Judging by the lack of miracles, I see going on around the world, I think we are all lacking in faith ( me to )
I think we all get caught up in the cares of this world and forget to bring God into what we need and are doing

We need to keep our eyes on the blessings of Jesus, and water the mustard seed.
